ATTEMPTED StarLink install... Terrible experience. They came to my home and had the wrong ladder so they left. Couldn't reschedule for the same day. So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business. When they get really busy, you' really find out how good they are at managing things. read more

Jose was quick to answer my request for a quote. After asking what type of roof, the satellite was on, and finding out my availability, he was there the very next day. In less than 10 minutes, Jose took down the satellite and filled the holes where the satellite had been attached to the roof. He even swept up everything and took the satellite with him. The technician knew what he was doing. He used a tv signal meter to determine where to re-locate my attic/outdoor antenna. The tv was working great after he installed the antenna on the roof and removed my Directv satellite dish. However, pricing wasn't transparent and kept changing. When I called and informed the company that I had already paid two other companies $290 combined, and they were able to do nothing, except take my money. J Fraire said in that case we'll charge only $45. Then, the technician said he'd have to install my antenna on the roof and that would cost $35 extra. I agreed to it, $80. Then, after he tested my antenna on the roof, he said, he'd need to sell me a more powerful antenna. I'd been using my antenna in the attic for four years, and it was only this past year that I began losing channels and experiencing pixilating. My other LG tv in my bedroom has its own attic antenna and works just fine. I agreed to the new antenna for the OLED tv in my living room, and the technician charged me a total of $260. He kept my four year-old antenna and took the satellite dish, saying he has a friend who collects old metal. At that point, I was just grateful to have my tv working again. read more

This is a great, family owned company. They installed and grounded a LoRa antenna for me in a rather scary high place, very easily and pleasantly! Also cleaned up some loose coax/internet cables that were left as-is during some prior foundation and stucco work - and this was done much more affordably than the cable company would. I spoke to Jose about needing to hook up my TV's with an antenna on my roof. Jose answered all of my questions and he came out two days later. He was a very kind and patient person who constantly explained to me the process about the work that he needed to perform.
