This service really sucks, first of all it started once a day not having any WiFi roughly about the same time. Now it's happening twice or three times a day. It's just getting worst. This cable company IZZI! communication is pathetic and has the worst customer service in Rosarito Baja California. I walked into the customer service office on 6/1/2023 at about 4pm to turn in a cable box to wait about 1 1/2 to not get anything done. I asked multiple times for a supervisor but was told the supervisor was not available. All I was asking for was to get assistance in returning a cable box and to cancel VIX services. One Customer service representative threatened me by stating he was going to beat me up. This office completely ignores all the customers and makes you feel like you owe them something in addition to treating you like a SHIT! (Excuse the French) I will be cancelling my services with this company due to the incompetence of their staff. I have left Mexico for a family illness, and wouldn't you know it, this company that I had made 7 appts with, over a 3 yr period, for a tech to come out for the reasons mentioned in the earlier review, of which they were 0-7. No- shows, no calls, no answering the phone, no nothing, have the nerve to bother me every day for a month with emails, because I only used 6 of the 12 mth contract. The worst cable or satellite company on earth. I've honored all of my contracts over the last 40 yrs, and it doesn't phase me at all to stop halfway thru without paying. Who are they kidding? I have ordered internet service for our home yesterday. The rep. Said we would have service hooked up today we waited and waited made calls back and forth. It seemed like they were playing games by saying they called that they were out at our home. It wasn't true they never came, we then went to the store and canceled the service and asked for our money back they then said we can't have our money back til Friday after the fact we paid in cash! Then we asked to speak to supervisor he then said that he was at lunch for 2-hrs. This place is horrible to the core. I dont recommend this sorry company to anyone! read more

Attention expats in the Rosarito Beach area. Izzi seems to think that because they're the only internet game in town that they can offer horrible customer service and you'll just deal with it. Our WiFi had been down for 3 days, it finally got reset today but our password is now 12 number/ letters long. When I asked for assistance resetting it they told me to download their app. Well now that's a problem since I don't have all the information on my account from 6 years ago when I signed up for the program. And there is no c credit for days of no service. Hopefully someone else will move into the void izzi is leaving by taking your money but offering no help with their spotty service. read more

Absolutely thee worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in my life! This company is so unorganized it amazes me how they're still in business. I tried calling the company cause my internet has been running slow, and all I got was the run around they kept having me call different numbers none being able to help me. I finally just go down to the store and ask for help, they tell me someone will call me within 24-48 hours, and no one does. I go down there again and tell them no one called me so they make a work order for a tech to come out. I ask what time will they be there, they couldn't give me a time they said they'd call. Guess what? No one calls! I go down there for a 3rd time and tell them, now I'm told that a tech can't go there without me having a Mexico phone number which is funny cause they didn't need one to set the service up, why do u need a Mexican phone number to call they can call my US number from Mexico just like I can call them they did it the day they set up my service. So now I'm stuck with slow internet that I'm paying higher than US prices for and they couldn't care less. I've been unhappy as an American living here In mexico but this was the finally straw that broke the camels back because of izzi I'm done with living in Mexico and I'm be looking to move back to the US soon. I have had internet phone service with Izzi for a while now. The last time i needed a technician out I gave up after they failed to show numerous times. Months later, yes months, someone called me to ask how the service was that never happened. I told them I had given up and the customer rep saw on her computer that they had failed to show up to my home 18 times! Years go by and I decide to increase my internet speed. I go into the center and am told someone will be to my house the following Monday. Of course no one shows up. I call to cancel and they insist on sending another person out the following day but I refuse and tell them I want the service cancelled. They tell me this is fine. Hours later they try to get me to agree to another appointment and again I tell them no. Three of four days later another person calls me and tells me I can't cancel the service unless I return to the office. I ask if I am being charged for this new speed which I do not have because no one came to my house and the reply is No, but that I can't cancel the service. What kind of cock-a- mamie BS is this? As a customer you have to do 99% of the work for them. You have to run all over the place, chase people down, you never get the same story twice, and no one gives a shit about you or your time. It is galling to be treated this way and I really can't figure out how they get anything done. If they guaranteed their appointment, which they will NEVER do, they might start getting their shit together, if it meant installations fees where free if they fail to show... 18 times they never showed up! 18 times! read more
