When I told them I wanted to cancel, they were going to reduce my bill to $24.99, which is over five times less than what I have been paying for how many years. They sent me the code to turn in my modem and power cords at the UPS Store (if I don't do it within 30 days, there is a $500 charge). Now they require a $50 restocking fee for an outdated modem that will end up in the trash! Then they tacked on another $8.19 for some other unknown charges. Final bill to disconnect: $221.61!!!!!! If Frontier tries to con you into their service, don't think twice, just hang up the phone!

If you have older, high-end equipment that you want to incorporate into a new installation, Leader TV will be a key resource. Kevin and Mark were a joy to work with. They tailored their proposal to meet our A/V budget and provided alternative component selections so we could balance price and performance. Ken and Mark had worked on other homes in the same Pittsford area, so they understood how wires in the home audio systems were routed, how to locate the optimal location for the modem and routers, and were able to complete the project with an absolutely clean installation without visible wires or poorly installed componentry. We are 100% pleased with Kevin's and Mark's work. It was easy to get on their schedule, they delivered the project completely according to the proposal--no surprises, no upcharges. In 30 years with this company and paying $90 a month for the last 2 years I have never been offered a deal. After speaking with your customer service several times in regards to the compromised service I continually had, I was never once offered a reduced rate or deduction in my monthly payment. Now that you finally have competition, which I have gone with as of last week, you now send me this information for a lesser rate. As a consumer, it's insulting to know that I was treated this way and received this information after several attempts to remedy your faults with our systems. Iif anyone reading this review has any option to leave spectrum and go with another company I encourage you to do it . My decision has proved extremely successful in the streaming of Internet to my home services. #gonetspeed

I hear a lot of people complaining about Spectrum (Time Warner Cable) but I don't get it. I've been…read moreusing them for over 20 years and they have always been prompt, courteous, efficient and all-around good service providers. I've called their phone service line numerous times and with a single exception have always gotten good service. The one unsatisfactory call was with a young lady who probably should have been off serving fries somewhere, but given that I've interacted with them probably 15 times or more, that's not a bad average. I've had to have their service guys out to the house several times (for example, when a squirrel chewed a hole in my cable) and they've always been professional, polite, and very competent. NOW ... if you want to seriously complain about their PRICES, I'm with you all the way. They jack it up every year and of course like all such cable service providers they make you pay for a bunch of channels that you'd much rather do without.
