My laptop was failing, the battery was not accepting a charge and everything was running slowly and taking forever to boot up . I thought I would need a new computer. I have been using these guys for years now, and they are top notch. There is both an Apple tech and a PC tech. They me so much money by just a new SSD in my 2015 iMac I would've had to pay $2500 and get a much smaller screen to buy a new iMac. It was very slow, and now it's lightning fast!! My laptop was not operating properly and I took it to A & E. They had helped me with computer problems twice in the past. Once again their service was excellent. They diagnosed the problem and contacted me promptly. They explained the problem so that even a non-computer guy like me could understand, reviewed the repair and pricing options, and had the laptop ready for pickup the following day. The folks at A & E were competent, pleasant to deal with, and the pricing was fair. I hope that I don't have future computer problems but if I do, A & E will be my first choice for service.
