In addition to the back yard problem, I had a number of smaller repairs needed in our traditional front-yard system. After taking a look, the guy who came out concluded that the 7 year-old system was at the end of its useful life, hopelessly plugged up by grass roots and that the only option was to replace the entire system and re-sod the entire back yard, a job which his boss would send me an estimate for. After that, I couldn't even get him to take a look at the repairs I needed in the front yard as he quickly left. After hand watering it for several months, I decided to take a closer look and realized that there was a puddle developing upstream of the problem area whenever the system came on. I spent about 30 minutes digging up that section where I found a hole in the line that caused a loss of pressure in the remainder of that line. I repaired the hole myself in less than an hour at a cost of $1.47 for a repair coupler at Home Depot. The system now works great again, and I was also able to make my own repairs to the front yard system that he wasn't interested in even looking at. I can't comment on how good their work is, but I'm not at all impressed with their ability to troubleshoot a problem or follow-through.

Once I got here they told me they only sell to contractors but sold me what I needed anyway. They had some sprinkler wire on sale which is what I needed and was less than the price at Lowes, also I purchased an anti-siphon sprinkler valve for $11. I told one of the workers what I needed and he went and got all of it for me. I saw they also sell the grass turf, seemed like they supply that in large quantities. Not sure if I'd come back just because they're so far out of the way. But otherwise it was a good experience.
