I had previously cleaned and declutterred the house so really just needed the deep cleaning. I reviewed the list on the website of the 50 items that were to be completed, I prior to the service. The 1st issue was when I received a text indicating the name of the individual and when they would be arriving with the following info: Note: Your cleaner may not be fluent in English. Please use a translator or text us at 512-790-7256, and we'll assist. At no point in previous conversations had this been noted or I would not have selected this company. I don't think the cleaner was aware that it was supposed to be a deep clean but thought it was just a normal clean. I left her to do her duties while I worked on cleaning their Indoor/outdoor space. I had been told that it would take about 5 hours but at the 3.5 hour point, she indicated that she was done. I went through the 50 point list and asked if she had cleaned the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the vents, etc and she indicated she had. When I went and checked, she had not. I don't think she was intentionally being deceptive but that she just didn't understand English. I asked if she had mopped under the rugs, she indicated she had, but she had not. She had to remop the kitchen and formal area as she had not done a thorough job. I finally released her at the 4 hour point because sometimes it's just easier to do it yourself. I ended up staying another 2 hours to go back and clean the areas that were not completed to my satisfaction. I don't blame the cleaner as much as the company. She either was not trained sufficiently or it was not communicated to her that it was a deep clean. The language barrier just added another level of frustration. Overall a disappointing experience.

My couch is pretty heavy and for Blanca and Ava to clean behind the couch with no additional costs was very surprising and I am grateful. As well as the water stains on my dishwasher that was really difficult to get rid of, they did their best to scrub and scrub until it looked nearly new. All without additional add on costs. The owner called to let me know they would try their best to rid of the stains with no cost which was very dependable of him. I am really grateful for their kindness and customer service. One sent a preliminary quote that was way too high so I reach out to Bear Pro Cleaners. We start off texting to share basic details then arrange a call. After speaking with Kevin (owner) and discussing my immediate needs we set an appointment for two days out and agree on pricing. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. There was allot of deep cleaning required for this bathroom but when they were done it looked like new and the odor was gone. Upon arrival, we got a text that they were requesting an extra 1.5 hours to clean the master bath. We ok'd the service. At the end of 5 hours, the team informed us that they would need an extra $150 to clean the master bath. Actually, they cleaned the rest of the house and never even started the master. The team did a good job with the rest of the house. The issue is that the business model is not ethical or fair. You don't ask for approval for extra hours to clean a master bath and then leave it for last, never clean it, and ask for even more time to finish. Very disappointed with this company and their business model. We will not use them again and do not recommend them for this reason.
