No complaints or issues she went straight to work and even asked if she should move on to the next area that was not asked but bc she had extra time. I went to review the other area and everything was done to exceed my expectations. Our last cleaner was given 3 rooms to clean and said it was impossible in the 4 hours. Ana did all areas asked and wiped other surfaces. She is heaven sent. I have been working extra lately, getting by my daughter to move back to college and helping my elderly and disabled parents organize and clean as well. So I have been exhausted and Ana's services just gave me time to relax for a few hours and work on other items. I 100% recommend Texas Cleaning Services, even with scheduling the gentleman scheming the services listened to what I wanted and needed and took care of it. I feel that is what I got. Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out.
