The bar was very full of guests playing board games reading and socializing. I ordered an Athletic NA and my friend a Red Rooster on Nitro. I had to try the Rooster and it was very appealing with light hops, my kind of style. There were 12 beers on rotation so you will find a beer to suit you.

That responsibility is important, and I respect anyone who takes it seriously. What I cannot overlook is the complete lack of professionalism with which the situation was handled. Before I even had the opportunity to place an order, I was immediately judged and spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner, despite simply waiting my turn and allowing other patrons to order before me as a courtesy. There was no respectful conversation, no attempt to handle the situation tactfully, and no basic level of customer service. Regardless of the decision that was made, every customer deserves to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling embarrassed by the unnecessary attitude and the way the interaction was handled in front of others. There is a significant difference between responsible alcohol service and treating patrons with courtesy. This establishment failed to demonstrate the latter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend a business that chooses to address customers with disrespect rather than professionalism.

Really cool space for tasting room. Not busy when we got there but line was really long when we were leaving. Pizza is all the food they have to offer (no gluten free crust). Tree House Brewing in Deerfield feels less like a brewery and more like a destination built around…read morespending an entire afternoon. We walked into a property that is enormous, with a massive indoor taproom, an airy atrium filled with natural light, and sprawling outdoor lawns that make it easy to lose track of time. Beer is obviously the centerpiece, and the selection is extensive enough that we spent most of our visit sampling different styles. The brewery is best known for its hazy IPAs, but the menu stretches well beyond that into stouts, lagers, sours, wheat beers, seltzers, and specialty releases. For those who are not beer focused, the availability of cocktails and other drinks makes the experience more accessible for mixed groups. The sheer variety encouraged us to try multiple pours rather than settling on a single drink, and the rotating selection gives regular visitors a reason to keep coming back. The food menu is relatively focused, with pizza serving as the primary attraction. We ordered a couple of the wood fired pies, which are substantial and shareable, making them a natural match for the brewery setting. The hot honey pizza stood out as a favorite, while the vodka pie was another strong option that balanced richness without feeling overly heavy. Wait times for pizza can occasionally stretch during peak hours, particularly on weekends and event days, but the portions and quality generally justified the wait. What makes Tree House stand out is how comfortable it is to spend time there. The atmosphere remained relaxed despite its size, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the property offered enough seating options that visitors can tailor the experience to whatever kind of day they want. Whether it is grabbing a beer flight, splitting a pizza with friends, attending a concert, or simply sitting outside on a summer afternoon, Tree House feels designed around staying and relaxing. It is the kind of place people often plan entire day trips around rather than somewhere they stop by for a quick drink on the way home.

We tried the pumpkin stout, which not only didn't taste like a Stout, but didn't have any pumpkin flavor! Very disappointing. We additionally got a bottle of of Sav blanc (they don't allow glasses), it was so terrible that we poured the entire bottle out- a complete waste of money! Positives did include a friendly staff, pretty grounds (plenty of picnic seating and they included lawn games!), good grilled cheese and delicious blueberry cheese!

We also ordered a grilled cheese that had 4-5 different cheeses in it and oh my god was it amazing. And I'm a grilled cheese aficionado. Also, the owner "burned" the first sandwich so she gave us 2 and only charged for one. But it wasn't even ruined! Which brings me to my next point... The owner was so nice and hospitable! We were 2 couples plus a baby up there for the tough mudder in the summer so the restaurants were flooded in the offseason. She recommended a few places to go and even called them for us to make a reservation because there wasn't any cell phone service (which totally sucks but can't hold it against them). The only thing that's weird is Google says they're closed on weekends when they're not. I suggest calling. And getting a grilled cheese.
