The cleaning ladies were very kind and did a decent job overall, but there were still spots on the floor, areas with clumps of pet hair, and it didn't meet the level of detail I expected for a deep clean. Additionally, the hand on a statue near my husband's bed was broken during cleaning. Accidents happen, and I would have understood if they had told me, but there was no communication. None of the cleaners spoke English, so we had to use Google Translate, which made it difficult to address issues in the moment. I've also tried calling, texting, and emailing the company to cancel our monthly cleanings, but have received no response--even after they withdrew the payment from my account. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication, the damage, and the service not matching what was promised, I will not be using this company again.

They did a treatment on our glass shower which looked amazing, polished all appliances, wiped all horizontal surfaces, baseboards, dusted shutters, light fixtures, cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed carpet and more! 1 Star - Unreliable and Unprofessional Service…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I was initially quoted $180 for regular cleaning and $220 for deep cleaning. After discussion, the owner agreed to $200 for deep cleaning, then later changed the price to $250-$275. Due to time constraints, I agreed to $250 for the areas discussed. The owner canceled the original appointment and rescheduled for Wednesday at 9 AM, but did not show up. Instead, she responded at 10:30 AM saying she could not come and sent two workers without prior notice. The cleaning was incomplete. Furniture was not moved, several shelves and wardrobes that were paid for were left uncleaned, the office room was only partially cleaned, and the patio was not cleaned at all. This was not deep cleaning and did not meet the agreed scope of work. I contacted the owner immediately. She said she would come the next day to complete the remaining work and asked for $225 upfront to pay the workers, which I sent. She did not return as promised. Despite the incomplete service, she is now requesting the remaining $25. Due to missed appointments, changing prices, and incomplete work, this experience caused unnecessary stress and significant time loss. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
