Now to their credit, they did fit me into their schedule in just a days notice. I met them at the house, paid & provided all my own cleaning supplies. When I went back to check, as I took my shoes off at the door I noticed dust & grit on the soles of my feet. Next I find, crumbs & dirt on the countertops, shelves not wipes & gritty dust on all the wood floors & a food wrapper left behind. (Since I had not moved in yet there was no food in the house). I grabbed my bona mop ( it & the 2nd cover I left had not even been used), the cleaners & rags I left were all unused. I cleaned 2 rooms with the first cover, then 2 with the 2nd. They were so filthy (nearly black) that I had to wash them & start again. Till I finished I had coated both mop covers 3 times each. Art had called on his way to see if the AC was on yet. I suspect that they sat around in the AC to chat or whatever & eat. Whatever they did it was certainly not cleaning. I asked for a refund & was refused. There was no offer to re-clean. I do not recommend this company.

The kitchen was swept and mopped, yet the floors were still grainy and not smooth to walk on. The inside of the cabinets looked like the grime had been pushed around, but ultimately not cleaned out. Some of the counter was wiped, but there were still sticky areas that were not tended to. The light switch was not wiped. the dishes were not cleaned or even dried. I know some services don't do dishes, which is fine, but this is something I specifically asked for, and something I paid an extra $50 for. The bathroom floor around the base of the toilet was not cleaned, swept, or mopped. Faucets were not cleaned. The toilet was cleaned. The tub was definitely wiped and rinsed, not washed and cleaned. The mirror was still spotty and there were clearly areas of the mirror that were not touched. Counter was cleaned. Overall, It was a waste of money. There also seems to be no professionalism to speak of, because when I voiced these concerns to them, I was ignored. In my mind, best case scenario, they could have come back to address the issues I disclosed and cleaned to satisfactory standards. Minimally, I would like to have been acknowledged or told that they will keep my concerns in mind in the future, that they will work on criticism provided, that they're sorry to lose my business or anything else. I'd even appreciate them saying they believed they did the best they could! But to ignore me altogether is rude and unprofessional. Our rapport was friendly and kind and even asked multiple times if I could buy them lunch bc I believe in being kind to those who provide a service for you! There was no disrespect or anything whatsoever from them or from myself! So I truly do not know what I possibly could have done to deserve to have such lackadaisical effort on their part when it came to cleaning my home. I don't know if they were having an off day, or what, but this was not a good experience at all and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. A waste of nearly $250.
