Talking with some RV "experts" we were told that it was probably the inverter/converter. We were looking at somewhere around $1,500.00 just for a new part. We called Nick and he said he would be out the very next day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in les than one hour. The problem was a bad relay at a cost of $58.00. Nick was also able to bypass the relay to get us up and with full power until the relay arrived. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and fair priced. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

I would not recommend this mobile RV mechanic service. I was charged $100 for the service call and…read more$160 per hour for labor, which would have been fine if work was ever done. the technician wasted a good portion of that time setting up and dealing with his own generator issues. It took him about 45 minutes just to get started, and I even had to leave to get fuel for my generator because the one he brought was too small. I spent money on them sending someone out to look at it and give me a "quote" on future service! I called for help with my RV's AC, but it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He was constantly on the phone or texting someone else, apparently getting step-by-step instructions while "troubleshooting." After all that wasted time, he told me I would need a new AC unit and left me with a bill of almost $400 for basically nothing. I would be fine if the unit was actually fixed but paying that amount just to be told I need a new one, which would cost 1700+ and a new "service call" fee of 100 is ridiculous. I'm extremely upset with how overpriced this experience was to get nothing done. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

While waiting, several employees from different departments introduced themselves and offered assistance. Everyone was pleasant, and we had some engaging conversations about the trailer. He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable.
