There are a couple of things I need to mention that will make your experience go more smoothly. 1. Write a list of what you want done. Make sure to give it to them and make sure that they staple it to the work order. 2. If you want them to check fluids, or belts, or ANYTHING other than what you brought the vehicle in for, don't rely on them doing it. WRITE IT DOWN. 3. Call them before you come and get your vehicle, and specifically ask about each item on your list. 4. Test drive the vehicle yourself before you leave. Nice people, good prices, NOT DETAIL-ORIENTED.

Them telling me when I get there before they give me the keys for my rental doesn't make this right. I had signed an agreement online, given them my credit card information and I had calculated how much it was going to cost. I specifically waived the insurance online because I was given this option. That means I didn't wanna pay for it so them telling me I had to pay for it at the store is very deceiving. It pretty much means, either you pay the insurance or you don't get the vehicle and if I don't get the vehicle, I can't get my furniture. I understand businesses are struggling these days and everybody wants to make a profit but that's a very disgusting way to make $10. I suppose you think I could've just canceled my rental right there and then and gone to another company but you have to keep in mind I had already driven there with my husband and my toddler to rent the van and I had already made arrangements to pick up the furniture I had to pick by using this van so the fact that I was told when I got there is actually very deceiving, whether is a $10 fee or a$100 fee, you can't expect me to re-arrange all of this stuff and go to another company when I had made this arrangement to pick up my furniture weeks ago. It was a 3-4h rental, by the way. I just had to pick up furniture, bring it to my house, bring back the van. Done. Arguing with you at the store, posting a review and answering to your very unprofessional reply is taking longer than picking up my furniture and dropping it off at my house. Bottom line's Uhaul can't give you the option to waive a fee online and then charge you that fee when you go to the store to pick up your vehicle. That's just not what I agreed online and my agreement should've been honored. That's deceiving and that's why I'm upset about. Stay away from this store. They're not honest at all.

Everywhere else I've gone, I've been charged ridiculous hourly rates while the mechanics tried to figure out what they were doing. These guys were completely different. They were professional, knew exactly what needed to be fixed, and completed the work correctly the same day. They're also very reasonably priced. I now trust Champs Family Auto to work on any of my vehicles or RVs. If you're looking for knowledgeable, honest, and professional mechanics, I highly recommend them.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

UPDATE -- PLEASE READ…read more I'm updating this review because this situation remains unresolved. Camping World installed the hitch and inspected my unit before my trip. Roughly 400 miles into that trip, my trailer separated from my truck. I have retained photos, emails, messages, and recorded conversations with Camping World employees and managers that include statements acknowledging fault and responsibility related to what occurred. I have preserved this documentation and am prepared to provide it through the appropriate channels if necessary. Regarding contact from Camping World, Mike Hausy did reach out today and apologized for not meeting with me during his visit to Arizona. He stated that he was unaware I had come to the location during his visit. I had gone to the location three times attempting to meet with him and spent hours there while I was told he was in meetings or otherwise occupied. Later, I received an email offering to unwind the deal and refund my deposit. That email did not address my motorcycle, other damages, or additional financial expenses I have incurred. I responded in writing asking for clarification regarding those outstanding issues and, as of close of business today, I have not received a response addressing them. Additionally, Sergio from Camping World Avondale called me today at 3:22 PM and asked whether Camping World had taken care of me. When I asked whether he was aware of the situation, he told me he was calling as a friend and not on behalf of Camping World. I thanked him for his concern and asked that he not contact me further because I am preparing to pursue this matter through other appropriate channels. As of close of business today, the agreed-upon opportunity to resolve this matter has passed without a complete response addressing the outstanding issues. If Camping World contacts me with substantive information or a resolution, I will update this review accordingly. Likewise, any future updates I make will continue to be based on my firsthand experience and the documentation I have retained. At this point, I am preparing to pursue the legal options available to me. Everything stated here is intended to document my experience factually. I have given Camping World the opportunity to address this directly. I had hoped we could reach a reasonable resolution without taking this further.

The owner,…read moreDaniel, gave us his schedule and the name of a business that cleans and sanitizes the black- and gray-water tanks on our 2019 Winnebago Minnie 2401G travel trailer. This was a requirement we'd come to expect. Most RV repair dealerships also require it or have it done on their property for the safety of their techs. We purchased the Minnie about 4 years ago. The awning motor seemed to have quit working, and we knew the black and possibly the gray water tank dump valves had to be replaced. Daniel backed our trailer into his workspace and gave us a schedule for completing an inspection and repairs. He delivered on time and charged us well below the expected cost. It turned out the awning motor was fine -- the RV 1 volt power supply was not charging to a full 12 Volts and needed to be inspected or replaced, which we could do ourselves. He'd hooked of a battery that delivered a full 12 volts and demonstrated that the awning would extend and retract with no issues. The new black-and-gray dump valves were working perfectly. We'll go back to that young man for RV repairs as long as we own the Minnie and any future RVs we purchase.

For any difficult RV repair, his is the best by far.
