I have email bombed and text bombed and left repeated voicemails begging for a receipt for my June service. It is now September 30 and I still haven't received any receipt for paid services. First, The man was late , unprofessional and sagged his pants on the job …read more I don't judge a book by its cover but he also wore nothing over the same sneakers he walked in with and literally used his shoes to rub in the "treatment solution" which after drying , must have been vinegar water because the stains were the same if not a couple new ones from his dirty shoes walking in and out of my home while the carpets were pooling with water (we are now checking the floors for mold because it took 36 hours for the carpets to dry with how wet they were left.) I have home security and watching it back and I was disgusted with the ethics behind the work . Took him 15 minutes per room and went over the whole carpet one time as if I were vacuuming before my wife came back home and I forgot to do as she asked lol but seriously . On top of that as the man walked in, he began to sell me on calling him on the side because he would do it for half price (off the record . ) We were so embarrassed as we had family visiting the next day , it was utterly the worst service I've ever seen or been provided. I worked for a place that did steam cleaning 15 years ago and was shocked at what the industry standard either is or how low budget this one was . Save yourself the time and heartache and go with another company, or do it yourself . I promise you the results from your own elbow grease will supersede this company by a mile.

Making a big deal out of the "sky bell" camera. He must have gone to the wrong address because I was ready to head out with my dog and kept opening the front door to check for his vehicle since there was no knock or doorbell ring.. As mentioned, I left at 1:20 pm and Seth did not come prior to my leaving. A phone call would have helped, as I was I'm the area and could have returned. I don't regularly check texts.

Thus began an effort that lasted about 9 months. Separately, we each visited some vendors and found them polite, but we weren't getting anywhere, and frankly, most didn't have a great selection and didn't seem to understand what we wanted. And then, I visited All About Flooring and initially looked through a vast amount of samples, and took home many, their selection is very good, but still wasn't making progress until the owner, Becky Griffith, noticed my disappointment and decided to become involved. She took on the challenge. Becky was relentless in attempting to help us find the right carpet. She finally contacted some of her carpet reps and showed them a piece of our old carpet. And, Bingo... they came up with a sample that was acceptable in geometry, but the color was not. Not an obstacle for Becky. She arranged for another sample with colors more to our liking. And, finally...success! The carpet was ordered and installation was scheduled. Installation was somewhat difficult and problematic and a few things had to be reinstalled. Not an issue for Becky. She even came to our house with the man who did her measuring to discuss a solution and to make us comfortable and as she said, "I want you to be happy". Her crew, Matt and Levi returned several times to "to make things right" without complaint. All About Flooring went the extra mile...actually, it was more like 1,000 miles to satisfy us, and I can sincerely say, I think you should not hesitate to use them for your flooring. The worst service I have ever had in my life…read more Do not recommend No stars at all! Worst service ever. Insurance company hired them for water damage to my home. 3 day job took 3 months. Moved every single item in m home ( clothes, furniture, pictures,etc.) to an unknown warehouse for new flooring to b put down. So many items stolen. Local company would never answer or return my calls. Different work crew every day that they came( which was only 5 times out of 3 months). The guys were that brought my furniture bk was very rude and hateful and wanted to place my whole house of furniture in 1 room and leave rather than placing it bk in its original spot. At least 1 piece of furniture in every one of my rooms had not scratches but huge chunks gashed out of the wood. I never report my complaints about bad service even when I really should but I had to make sure I did this time because that was the worst experience that me and my family have ever been through and don't want anyone else to have to go through that!!!

Stephen did a fantastic job from start to finish…read more When we were first in contact, we asked him tons of questions and he patiently explained a lot and gave us really helpful, objective information. When he came out to inspect our home, he first used a camera to look in our duct work (where my wife thought the smell of mold was coming from), but he said, "No, everything looks good there." (That was the first indication to me that we were working with an honest guy.) When he inspected the crawlspace, I went with him, and he showed me clearly what needed to be removed and explained how the process would work. He also showed me and explained how the contractor who replaced our vapor barrier a few years ago did a sub-par job (covering up old material that had mold growing on it and not installing the vapor barrier properly). When I compared his prices to another contractor, his prices were very reasonable. Finally, Stephen scheduled and did the work for us over the course of three days. He always kept us informed of what was happening, kept answering a hundred questions, was always patient and informative, and did a very thorough and conscientious job. (I got down in the crawlspace and could see the evidence of good work myself.) When it was clear to him that some mold might have rooted down in some duct insulation, he was open about that and recommended a HVAC guy that could take care of that, since that is beyond what he does. I'd recommend Stephen because he was honest, informative, very patient, reasonably priced, and thorough. Great guy to hire to do work for you.
