In the short time since I moved into my new houses I've used Juan on two very different projects. The first was a sprinkler job that required the repositioning of the sprinklers on my front lawn and the installation of a new valve and wireless timer. The second, was the installation of plumbing for a new dishwasher in a bay where there had not been one before.
