Fast forward 15 months, I'd called the firm 5 separate times. Spoke to an "Assistant" once and a female attorney whom was absolutely condescending level rude, acted as if I were "Bothering" her by asking questions relevant to my case. The assistants supposedly messaged the attorney to contact me, to which they never did subsequently. The final straw was when I was BOOKED an official phone call on the books with Mr Milam at a specific time and day. That time came and left with zero call back, zero text/email/smoke signal/carrier pigeon message letting me know he would not be able to take the meeting for whatever reason.
