He never returned my call. The receptionist was not friendly so I'm assuming I was spared a bad experience!

Only when my case was a few weeks away did the lawyer tell me he needed certain records. Those records did not arrive in time for the hearing, so I had to wait additional weeks for the judge's decision, pending review of the records. The decision was unfavorable. It was pretty clear to me the lawyer just winged it. My family, friends, and doctor who are all familiar with my condition told me that if the lawyer put in any effort, I would have won. Instead, a lot of wasted time and lost money. I'll never hire this law firm again and suggest to anyone else that they stay away.

From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and consistently responsive. I had one conversation with Attorney Roopen Parekh regarding a potential appeal on the onset date issue. He clearly explained our options without any pressure. While he could have encouraged us to appeal--resulting in a significant fee for himself and his Firm from SSDI backpay--he simply and honestly presented the facts and allowed us to make our own informed decision. That level of honesty is rare. Having worked with attorneys for many years before retiring, I've seen both ends of the ethical spectrum. Attorney Parekh stands out as a model of integrity and client-centered representation. He is direct, respectful, highly competent, and, in our case, won't receive a cent from our claim--yet still treated us with the utmost care and professionalism. His staff handled every detail of our case with precision and compassion. No matter the question or concern, they were always there to guide us. I cannot recommend Gade & Parekh, LLP highly enough. If you're seeking trustworthy, ethical representation for your SSDI or Social Security matter, look no further. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we've made. Grace and Frank Farnese

As soon as I said I was on methodone the lady on the phone said they couldn't take my case until I'd been clean for 6 months and I said will I've been on it a year, & she replied, "January 2019 isn't a year". Really lady? Just because I'm on methodone doesn't mean I'm an idiot. YOU got the date wrong. I said January 2018. Plus, she was so unwilling to work with me, again, after I said I'd been homeless for a stretch of time, she got all sketchy and I felt like a piece of shit in her eyes. The worst part is I'm probably more educated and have more experience than this woman. Homelessness (which wasn't due to drug use, but to an abusive husband) & opiate addiction (which was a result of my physical disability) are far more common these days & could happen to ANYONE. So you should be careful who you discriminate against because next time you could be looking in a mirror. Unfortunately for DAA, I believe I have a pretty good case. I've had two failed back surgeries and have disc degeneration in both my back & neck as well as osteoarthritis in my shoulders, knees, hips and heels of my feet. I have carpel tunnel too. I was hit by car last year, so a lawyer could make money off of that too. I also suffer from PTSD, OCD, ADD & am Bipolar. Too bad you have a piece of shit answering your phones DAA because you just lost my business.
