Because of the sheer openness and shape of the space are acoustics are solid. The pulpit was converted into a sizeable stage with a broad audience area where the pews once were. There's also excellent views from the expansive two tiered balcony. When I first visited for Soul Revival in 2001 (a now defunct deep house party) the ceiling was painted midnight blue with stars, and people came together once a month to relive the reverence of its foundation through movement and sound. It was consistently one of the most beautiful experiences of my lifetime. Keepin' Jeebus proud, folks. I only wish they kept the organ.

I had just started dating my boyfriend (now husband!) and suggested that we go. While it sounded like the coolest and most fun experience ever, I didn't know what to expect. What I experienced at camp was incredible - fun, friendship, laughter, and an amazing sense of happiness. It truly made me feel like I a kid again, but you know, with an open bar! At camp, you can do anything you want and be whoever you want to be. They have campfires, theme parties, a color war, talent shows, boating, waterskiing, capture the flag, and an epic game of Slip and Flip (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a slip and slide to a game of flip cup), and while I was skeptical of slip and sliding as an adult, I've finally embraced it and can't wait to play again. We've been to camp for the past three years, and I must say, I love it even more every year. I'm able to completely de-stress, unplug, and unwind, all while spending time with old friends and making new ones! I'm booked for camp this year and I absolutely cannot wait! I couldn't recommend this camp enough.

I understand now when I put my apron on and found 3 empty nips in the pocket why this happened. Clearly the person that wore it before me had been before and paid too much! Overall, the painting experience and staff were great, just would wait next time and get a drink at the capital grill for the same price after.

After much discussion and with a lot of hesitation, Tom agreed to give us a credit of only $400. For two weeks they have said the check is in the mail and it has never arrived. This company LIES, CHEATS, and STEALS. All I want is a tracking number for the check that was supposedly sent via FedEx. Obviously, since they refuse to give a tracking number they clearly never sent the check at all. Just because we are women doesn't mean we should be BULLIED by Tom, who cursed and screamed at my staff for asking about the tracking number. I will NEVER use this company again, and I recommend that you not use them either.

Classical Ballet Arts is a premium ballet school for students of all ages through high school…read more Diana Madden is classical ballet trained and had been a Boston Ballet teacher for many years. She is extremely kind and a brilliant teacher. The school performs a Nutcracker Ballet every December and a Spring Show every June. It is a wonderful mix of young girls dancing at an extremely high quality in shows that are so beautiful it has brought tears to my eyes. The next show will be Saturday June 9th at the Abigail Adams Middle School at 89 Middle School in Weymouth at 4pm and 6pm. Tickets are $20 and are available at the door. Applications for fall ballet classes and ballet summer camp will be available at the show.

We truly enjoyed Jenny's entertainment last month at a skating party we attended…read more She was instantly like part of the family... she got to know our kids (who are obsessed with face painting and all things entertainment) and they fell in love. We are working on booking her for our daughter's 5th birthday party. Jenny's business is not only incredibly entertaining for kids, but also for adults. She is professional, careful, funny, artistic, and extremely talented in all that we have seen her do. I've never seen a face painter work such unique magic. Also, she has a client support manager, Sari, that was very helpful when we contacted her through the website in search of the photos that Jenny took at the event. She sent us a link very quickly, and we were able to download the photos we liked.

My brother and his wife, who are both handicapped, went there to grab a quick bite to eat today. Never had a problem before today. First they told them they didn't have a seat that could accommodate them, and then the waitress that was supposed to be "serving" them treated them like dirt. They did not have hot dogs that are normally on the menu and when my sister in law turned to my brother, who is profoundly deaf, spoke loudly asking him if he'd just like cheese and crackers since they had to eat something. Then, the waitress rudely said "I don't have time for this" and walked away. They clearly need to be schooled on customer service. Shame, shame, shame on you. Glad my brother and his wife walked out after that.

Buyer Beware! If I could give zero stars, I would! I decided…read moreto splurge and buy a season ticket to Broadway in Boston this year. Your ticket is for a set day (eg. first Friday of the show). I told them there was some dates that I couldn't do for some of the shows. They said no problem, you can change to a different day or seat without charge for any show. However when I went to change my ticket, I was charged ticket change fees. I called to ask about this and they said Ticketmaster has decided to start charging change fees. I told them this wasn't what I was told when I signed up, and they said it was new and they refused to wave the fee. If I could cancel my season ticket membership I would but they won't refund me so I am stuck with all the fees to change the tickets for the shows I can't attend. It seems like Ticketmaster can do/charge whatever they want. I am tired of the consumer being hosed again and again. Shame on Broadway in Boston, and triple shame on Ticketmaster who now charges fees on top of fees (they also charge fees for the season ticket to start with!)
