They sent someone out to assess the damage and which items that they could clean vs which items need to be replaced in their professional opinion. They came to our apartment April 22. I waited until May 8 to receive their list of what could be cleaned and what could not. However, that information was not complete because they did not give a price as to how much they would charge to clean what could be cleaned. I have followed up for months. I finally got an estimate August 7, but again it was not complete because it didn't include the charge for removing the items from the apartment to be cleaned. I have now followed up for another month for a complete estimate and my calls/emails go unanswered. This company is a joke.

I called Belfor and they came immediate to clean up the mess and they were so neat and friendly! Then I worked with the adjuster and he was able to get me an amazing settlement from my insurance company that gave me the chance to fix my den. The best part was the construction! I really cannot express the professionalism, skill, and warmth that was given to me through the construction process. My den is 100% better then it was and the attention to detail is amazing. The Project Manager and the two main construction professionals were so great to work with and in a terrible damage situation I came out of it happier then I was before. I 100% recommended this firm. I do not know how I would have handled everything without them.
