I was hoping to never need a company like tech clean but I got a frantic call from somebody at my…read morehouse that I had water pouring from my ceiling, considering the weather out I figured a pipe had burst. On my way to the house I called my insurance company go get the claim going. They asked if I needed a remediation company which I did so they dispersed tech clean. As never having deal with an issue like this, Rob the owner was great. He walked me thru the process. Nick his main guy who was in the field did an awesome job of keeping me in the loop of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They came back everyday to check the levels and make sure everything was going as planned. Rob was accessible all the time even on Sundays. If you are ever in a situation where you need remediation/ clean up I highly recommend tech clean. They showed up in under 2 hours from the initial call. I had water leakage from a pipe in my basement and did not want the wet wall to wait, they came right out and took care of it. I would use them again.

When I first spoke to one of their employees and asked them to give me an idea of how much their…read moreservice would cost, the employee claimed that he would need to inspect the damages before quoting me a price. Then, the next day, just minutes before the employee was about to arrive at my house, he calls and tells me that he would not come to my house "just to give me an estimate" even though the company website clearly states that they do. To make matters worse, he admitted that he usually charges $750 just to visit a home, which is information he did not disclose during our first conversation. I strongly believe that this constitutes bad business practices as this company tried to lure me into hiring them under the false pretense that they would give me a free estimate.
