On my way to the house I called my insurance company go get the claim going. They asked if I needed a remediation company which I did so they dispersed tech clean. As never having deal with an issue like this, Rob the owner was great. He walked me thru the process. Nick his main guy who was in the field did an awesome job of keeping me in the loop of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They came back everyday to check the levels and make sure everything was going as planned. Rob was accessible all the time even on Sundays. If you are ever in a situation where you need remediation/ clean up I highly recommend tech clean. They showed up in under 2 hours from the initial call.
