Mitzi lacks professional skills in listening to customers, caring for customer's orders and appears very self centered and uninterested in the business. I waited maybe 15 minutes, paid the remaining balanced and left right before closing. However.... 20 minutes later I realized that I was missing one and I was freaking out, especially when Sundays they are closed! I called him and he was kind enough to have it ready for me later that day and have it at the shop next door to his business (BTW it was not his fault we were missing one trophy, it was from our end).
