They are a pleasure to deal with and they provide exceptional service. Every single person I've encountered at this company has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frankly found this shocking after some experiences with competitors. All of my questions were happily and completely answered at once. All of the issues with the vehicle and every part of the process were clearly explained. This company provides twice a week status reports via text as a matter of course. This is a win-win for everyone. The company receives far fewer customer inquiries and the customers are always fully informed. A large construction truck had backed into us. What seemed like minor damage became far more complex once the front end of the car was taken apart. Fortunately the other party's insuror was very responsive, but Perry & Terry was extremely efficient in submitting the information for two supplemental repair requests so that the work was not delayed. I was also very surprised when they went to Toyota Parts before we brought the vehicle to their shop to ensure there would be no delays while they waited for parts. I've never found another shop willing to do this. Perry & Terry estimated the work would take five weeks. This was very tight for us because we needed the car for guests arriving at that time from overseas. They actually completed the work in just over four weeks, despite the additional issues that were found. The finished work is immaculate and the vehicle operates perfectly. Most body shops act like the insurance company is their customer and treat the owner of the car as an annoyance. Perry & Terry understands who their customer really is and treats them with respect. I would never even consider another body shop after this experience. These guys are terrific.

On an unscheduled walk-in, I was assisted immediately by Forrest who also brought one of the techs out (Paul) to assess the damage and give me an estimate. They quickly got a plan in place, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled for a week later. Just got the work done this morning, and it's perfect. Couldn't tell it was ever there, and considering the paint's original and almost 20 years old (albeit in great shape), they also got the scratches buffed out where the dent was with zero adverse effects.
