This location was far from meeting any of those standards. First, it started off well with a greeting, but it all went down hill from there. The girl that greeted my son and I seemed nice at first, but I honestly wish I knew her name, as she is far from brand expectation. Not only did she rudely ask me if I needed help when I was leaning over my stroller to see what my 2 y.o. son needed, she did it in an awkward accusatory way ... like she thought I was doing something sketchy. I wasn't ... I was trying to calm down my son who was getting antsy. Thennnnn ... when I actually did need help, she walked over like I had annoyed her and found me my item. When I asked how it compared to another item, she very extremely quick to say I DON'T KNOW and that was it. No trying to have any sense of sales or customer service. I again had to go find her and ask her a question about a discount on the APP and if it could be applied in store, and she dismissively answered I DON'T KNOW - I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE APP. Having also worked in retail before, this girl should find another job or be let go. I don't mind the "I don't know" ... what I minded was the accusatory attitude, dismissive responses, and laziness to try to find the answer or have some minimal shred of customer service. I left shocked, annoyed, and empty handed. This Sephora should be glad that there aren't very many locations in close proximity because their sales would seriously go down. I'd say pass on this location, but I realize that this is hard since there lacking alternative Sephoras to go to.

They always take the time to help you find the perfect items to go home with. There are many items, but some of them include shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotion, facial cleanser, chapsticks, and my favorite... the dryer balls that have various adorable images on them (ex. So I came to this brick and mortar store to buy a piece of luggage to take with me - it seems they would prefer you go online @ jcpenny.com to find a larger selection and discounted pricing - the selection here was not only poor, the prices were ridiculous e.g. the smallest 20" carry-on was priced between $250 - $450 so that's how I get rewarded for coming inside to shop, what a waste of my time. Each time, she's reached over the credit card terminal and pressed "YES" to the question "has the cashier asked for your Drug Mart reward number" The problem is, she doesn't ask for it and is reluctant to put it in when you ask her to. Another time I was in there recently I brought this up to another employee. With a shoulder shrug he replied, "well, that sounds like her!" This stuff shouldn't happen, so a one star rating is the result.
