I was a regular customer and purchased all my liquor and wines from them. They used to match competitors prices, then someone had a brilliant idea to stop. So...... I stopped shopping there. It was actually the straw that broke the camel's back. Edna is the only genuinely friendly person there. The lady who replaced Butch was always unprofessional, disheveled and didn't ever make eye contact. As for the ambiance, it's nothing to talk about as it was vanilla at best. I shopped once at the other location in Kingwood and got the same impression. Maybe!!! It's the company culture!!! Good luck on customer retention.
