I do have her full name now. More importantly, management should determine which manager was working on July 20 around 7:15 PM because the lack of professionalism from both the server and the manager reflects a much larger customer service problem. Looking at the restaurant's ratings, it's hard to believe this was an isolated incident. The manager's reaction made it clear why so many guests leave disappointed. Good restaurants know that service recovery matters just as much as the meal itself. A sincere apology and an effort to correct the issue would have gone a long way. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. Guests spend their hard-earned money here and should feel valued, especially when celebrating important occasions.
