Alan offered to either quote me on a new replacement key and new reprogramming for my RAV4, or just reprogramming if I bought an aftermarket key myself. Let me start by saying, that I contacted multiple locksmiths in my area. Many were unwilling or unable to duplicate the key fobs on my 2 vehicles. Both newer European vehicles. My key fob died on my 2015 Tahoe. I made several phone calls and either didn't get return calls or was told the reprogramming wasn't offered. So, I made an appointment at Chevy for a week out and for nearly $200 dollars, but wanted to keep looking. I very luckily found Discount Locksmith. He was responsive, professional, polite and communicated well. We set up an appointment to which he was prompt and polite.
