I switched to Bremo after being a CVS client for over 20 years. Bremo provides fantastic service, friendly, unrushed staff, a phone number where you can talk to a human, free delivery, and so much more! They are even able to put your medications in blister packs that have the dates, times of dosage and description of included medication. No longer do I have to wonder if I have taken my medications, if I am double taking my medications or if I have missed multiple days of my medications. I noticed that they also handle medication compounding if you need your or your furry friends medications specially made. Their physical location has a compression clinic, a vaccine clinic, and a fair selection of over the counter medications, supplements and health supplies as well as mobility aids (wheelchairs, rollators and more). I did not see one stuffed animal or bag of chips. It was truly refreshing to be in a pharmacy that seems to be in the business of health, wellness and community care.

I understand that individual responses vary and that the pharmacy is not responsible for my specific reaction, but to have a serious reaction to their product and to be responded to in a way that felt like blaming the patient was not great. I found some of the people that I spoke with there pleasant, but most of them to be very rude and abrupt. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them.

And have been going there for new glasses and repair for at least 20 years. Yesterday I went there to see if they could fix a pair of glasses with an expensive flexible frame that needed repair. The screws needed to be replaced. They were worn down so bad I didn't think they could be removed. It took a while but Clifford got them out and replace them. I knew my right foot was a little longer than my left but the scan affirmed that and that my left foot was a little wider. The main problem I has was with the poor service. When I finally got someone to wait on me, he didn't listen to anything I said. He asked me what size I wore and I told him a seven ( Dankos 37). The seven was to large and I asked him to bring a size six and a half ( Dankos 36). Instead he had me go on the machine to verify my size which was six and a half) He then finally brought a size 36 which was a little large so I asked for a size 35 to be on the safe side. He said Dankos didn't make a size 35, which in googling I found out was wrong. I didn't buy the shoe because of the poor service.

I purchased a washer on 7-28-25 at the Colonial Heights store. I was told by the salesman that the…read morewasher could be delivered to my house the following Monday 8-4-25 for an additional $169.00 or I can be picked up on Friday 8-1-25 from the store. I chose to pick it up on the 1st because I needed a washer Immediately. The salesman said they would call me when it came in. Friday came and I never heard anything so I called the store at 2pm and spoke to the salesman again and he said the washer would not be here until Monday the 4th. I expressed my dissatisfaction with my service because I had scheduled help to get the washer into the house on Friday and I had no way of getting the washer in the house on Monday. Again, I was told I could pick the washer up on Friday. The salesman said there must be a misunderstanding. I asked to have a discount on the washer because of the inconvenience and the salesman said he gave me the sale price. The salesman then told me he could give me my money back as a resolution to the problem. I then asked to speak to a manager and the salesman said he would be here on Saturday. I called on Saturday and spoke with a manager and explained the situation again. I asked the manager if they could waive the delivery fee since I had no one to help get the washer in the house and he said he would do it for $129.00. I then said if you could bring the price down to $100.00 I would except that. The manager said he could not do that. I told the manager that I have bought appliances from them before and bought numerous appliance parts but obviously my words fell on deaf ears. I then told him to cancel the order and I would call him back on Monday to give him my credit card information to credit my account. I called on Monday and spoke with the salesman again and gave him my information to return my money. He said he would take care of it. I checked my bank account on Thursday and the money still had not been returned. I called the store again and the salesman said my account was credited on Monday and it may take 2 to 3 days for the money to clear. He said if you don't see the money in your account by Friday to give us a call. I finally got a receipt for the transaction on my phone Friday afternoon. I then called my bank to verify the transaction and they told me that the transaction was actually done on Friday and not on Monday like the salesman said. I know the customer is not always right every time but when you are told that your money has been returned and it hasn't, you can pick your washer up on Friday and you can't. Then you are told you must have misunderstood what was said. If they are willing to lie about when your money has been returned to your account would they also lie about when the washer was supposed to come in? Integrity is everything!!!! I have done business with The Appliance Place for years and I have bought a Refrigerator, Dishwasher and numerous appliance parts from them with no problems. My family has also done business with The Appliance Place before but after this experience neither my family or I will give The Appliance Place our business or recommendations any more.
