I gave Astrix Medical Supply one star only to be able to write this review. I had surgery and needed a knee scooter and one was delivered the day after my surgery. The scooter that was dropped off did not have any type of steering apparatus. To use this you are required to pick it up if you desire to go any direction other than straight!!! I contacted the company over 9 times asking for a functional scooter. Achilles surgery is a big deal and I was totally restricted from bearing any weight on my foot. The scooter that was issued put me in a position of reinjuring my foot. I have bruises and scratches from this dysfunctional equipment. So I am rating them -5 stars. Today is 1/13/17, my scooter was delivered 12/23/16. I still do not have a functional scooter that was promised all 9 plus calls. Every time I have reached out to this company, I received a different answer. Mind you my last two telephone conversations were with management, Armand. Continue to have issues with this company, he did get the bed but it came ripped, replaced that one with another ripped one, was told we would get a new cover, which never happen. Bed is now broke and a tech came ordered the parts and then quit. It now has to be re-evaluated due to the individual not documenting anything. I was able to pick between 3 companies for my breast pump and due to the positive reviews, I went with this one. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this company. When I placed the initial inquiry, someone got back to me the next day. I immediately sent my insurance information and was told I would have my breast pump shortly. 9 days went by so I followed up to see if a status and tracking could be provided. No further info beyond "you will have it shortly" was provided back to me. 14 more days went by and I still had no pump and no communication about the status of my order. I called twice and was told I would receive a call back and never did. The next day I sent an email and again was not provided any further information on the status or tracking. I called again the following day and sent another email with no response. 26 days later I finally got my pump. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this company. read more
