My son-in-law made plans to come to my house straight after work to help load the old bed into the truck, and my granddaughter and her husband broke down the old bed before they had to leave for an appointment, in order to ensure everything was ready. But, my new bed never arrived. I never received a phone call letting me know what happened and, when I tried calling Adapthealth, they were closed. I didn't hear from them until Monday morning, asking me if they could deliver the bed "today." No apology, no explanation. When I said "no, I've changed my mind and I no longer want the bed," and proceeded to explain why, the gentleman on the phone said something to the effect of realizing the bed should have been delivered Sat at 3 but wasn't, then mumbled something about needing to talk to the drivers to find out what happened. He may have apologized, but I can't be sure, as I had a hard time understanding him. At least he didn't try to urge me to take the bed anyway. I do have to say that the young lady who scheduled the delivery was very nice, very professional, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the drivers were unprofessional and inconsiderate and they destroyed an entire Sat for my friends, family and me. And then, my granddaughter and her husband had to put my old bed back together again so I would have something to sleep on that night!

She let me try several mask styles and gave me all the information in what I would describe as "easy breezy - don't let this terrify you - but if you have any questions please call" manner that makes me think it's a lot to learn but I can do it. It's been over five years since I slept through the night. I am going to bed hopeful for the first time in a long time.

The scooter that was dropped off did not have any type of steering apparatus. To use this you are required to pick it up if you desire to go any direction other than straight!!! I contacted the company over 9 times asking for a functional scooter. Achilles surgery is a big deal and I was totally restricted from bearing any weight on my foot. The scooter that was issued put me in a position of reinjuring my foot. I have bruises and scratches from this dysfunctional equipment. So I am rating them -5 stars. Today is 1/13/17, my scooter was delivered 12/23/16. I still do not have a functional scooter that was promised all 9 plus calls. Every time I have reached out to this company, I received a different answer. Mind you my last two telephone conversations were with management, Armand. If you need a knee scooter do yourself a favor DO NOT SELECT THESE UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS. They don't care.
