I had some trouble with this when they auto-refilled one script I had not used in years. Today, I spoke to a pharmacist who said his name was Ernest. During our exchange, I asked him about a script from a year ago. This kicked off him laughing at me, condescending, interrupting me, and escalting over and over. I tried to de-escalate him several times. He eventually told me he refuses to fill my prescription and that I can take it somewhere else. He kept berating me as I asked for a supervisor or manager. He claimed he has no boss. When I asked if he owned the store, he hung up on me. Good times. This matches what many reviews have said over the past months since the pharmazy did change ownership.

Bremo provides fantastic service, friendly, unrushed staff, a phone number where you can talk to a human, free delivery, and so much more! They are even able to put your medications in blister packs that have the dates, times of dosage and description of included medication. No longer do I have to wonder if I have taken my medications, if I am double taking my medications or if I have missed multiple days of my medications. I noticed that they also handle medication compounding if you need your or your furry friends medications specially made. Their physical location has a compression clinic, a vaccine clinic, and a fair selection of over the counter medications, supplements and health supplies as well as mobility aids (wheelchairs, rollators and more). I did not see one stuffed animal or bag of chips. It was truly refreshing to be in a pharmacy that seems to be in the business of health, wellness and community care.

The scooter that was dropped off did not have any type of steering apparatus. To use this you are required to pick it up if you desire to go any direction other than straight!!! I contacted the company over 9 times asking for a functional scooter. Achilles surgery is a big deal and I was totally restricted from bearing any weight on my foot. The scooter that was issued put me in a position of reinjuring my foot. I have bruises and scratches from this dysfunctional equipment. So I am rating them -5 stars. Today is 1/13/17, my scooter was delivered 12/23/16. I still do not have a functional scooter that was promised all 9 plus calls. Every time I have reached out to this company, I received a different answer. Mind you my last two telephone conversations were with management, Armand.
