Went to visit this business a few days ago cause I wanted to buy a surron ultra bee , was told the bike was $6k plus sales tax which was another $460.00 give or take a few dollars. So I walked out and looked on Facebook marketplace to see the same bike from the same business for sale for $5500.00. This place of business is very shady !! They are not honest and will try to pull a fast one on you if you allow yourself. There are so many places out there that sell surron or any other electric bike that you can go too. It's sad that we have these types of mom and pop shops trying to get over on clients. I suggest you take your business elsewhere when looking to buy an electric bike. read more

They had what my son wanted. We dealt with "Ace," who walked us through everything: purchasing, helmet selection, goggles selection, features, the to-dos and what not to dos, DMV registration, review of the laws, and potential tax break for getting an EV. All told we spent about an hour at the store. I highly recommend this store for a Sur Ron. Purchased a quad from my son. Unfortunately we had problems with it the day he started using it. took it back to the shop. Total of 3 times got charged for repairs twice but I refuse to pay the second time bikes still did not work properly. All in all I do not recommend my son is devastated his quad That I bought for his birthday almost 8 months ago he only got to use it for not even a total of two hours. I have contacted them trying to get a resolution and I have yet to hear from the owner. I will definitely not recommend or purchase from this place again, I'm all for small businesses because I am an owner myself, I hate it had to come to this, but people deserve to know ahead of time, that if they happen to get a lemon, they will not be accommodated or get a resolution. read more
