Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. After we spoke, I did the math and did cided I didn't want to use my truck after all. So when I texted hi, I said we would use his truck. He shows up basically without a truck. I show him the text and he apologizes. Fair enough, as the phone conversation could be confusing since I changed my mind. We plan the move for the next day. No one shows in the morning. I called him around 8:30 asking when they would show up. He said around 11 and they would call me when they're on their way. Great. That time rolls around and nobody has done either. I try calling him for an update and it goes to a recording that he doesn't have a mailbox. I text him and get no response. I tried calling two more times throughout the day and he never picked up.
