A quick stop for a replacement bowl. The grumpy owner was no help, ignored me, left in the middle of me asking a question... I guess the vape brats are royalty here and deserve his immediate attention, as he would constantly jump to them as a new customer came into the store. I was here for less than 5 minutes. Seems like even a minute or two is the least this dude could've spared to help me out and help me make a purchase even faster. Having to explain to an old codger with limited English what a glass pipe is and which part you need to replace. Being repeatedly offered something you don't need. Being treated as if you are a hindrance to the employee. Paying well over the market price for what you need. If this was my business.... I'd fire the old chump I hired and find someone who at least pretends to give a fuck. I have been coming here for well over a year and always got excellent service and repeat-customer discounts from Chris and Chelsea. I was more than happy to support this local business because of this, rather than buy my supplies online. I would give 5 stars based on the knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating environment Chris and Chelsea created, but I haven't seen either of them in months. I don't know if the ownership has changed, but now it seems there is a new face behind the counter every time I go in, and some of the new employees have very little knowledge about the products. The stock isn't as well maintained as it used to be, either, with common supplies being sold out. One new employee tried filling up the tank I had just bought, but poured the liquid in the wrong place and spilled a third of it, and didn't offer to replace what was spilled. The store and staff are just not as organized as they used to be. I don't know what happened to Chris and Chelsea (and Chelsea's adorable Papillon), but please come back!! We miss you! (I am leaving 4 stars in case Chris and Chelsea are just on vacation, and/or in hopes that there will be a big improvement soon, because I really do like this place.) read more

First off I gave the owner my id and he started asking me all these questions and making me feel like I was using a fake id or somthing when it was obviously real. He then tells me that they are only doing curbside pickup which he said nothing of white I called. I told him so already knew why I wanted and he rolled his eyes and said I guess like he didn't even want my business. THEN I ask for a bottle for butane for my lighter and he tells me it's 8.75!?!?!? You can get a bottle of butane from any store for under $3!!! I'm from out of town so not know the area this was my only option, how are you gonna call your store "discount smoke shop" when your literally ripping people off. I finally get back to my hotel and fill up my lighter with the crappy Korean made butane I spend $9 on and it brakes my tourch!!!! Can you believe that this place sucks ass stay away!!!! my boyfriend went in this smoke shop and got two beast V2 nicotine vapes and both were burnt as fuck he went in back in the store and they treated him with disrespect and when he simply asked for them to be replaced they said they work and its something wrong with his throat or he is sick and the told him their products are guaranteed fresh and then continued to say that they can't promise they are. the mans wife kept saying stuff in his ear like tell him we're closed and to get out she also told him how my boyfriend didn't get them from there and they can't help him i would not recommend stopping here read more

They have everything you would expect of a smoke shop, and their prices are competitive. Went here and the guy double charged me. When I went back they said there was nothing they could do. The staff is rude, one guy only complains about his boss and makes excuses for his poor customer service because he was, "too hungover." Great service friendly staff. I needed a replacement battery for my vape pen so I stopped in to my local smoke shop. I explained to Rachel what I needed. She asked me a few questions and then was able to find the exact eight product I need. Then Rachel explained how to use the battery and it's settings. WOW! Most places just sell and send me on my way. Discount smoke shop has always taken care of me as a customer but Rachel really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and knowledgeable with the product.
