I called Mike at 9:00 in the morning to verify they had tires in stock to fit my trailer. He confirmed they did and to show up anytime to have them installed. I told him I would be in shortly after 1:00 I drive 30 miles and when I arrive he tells me he is out of stock because he just sold them to another guy. What a way to run a business. With over an hour left in our trip and about the same amount of time until the ceremony, they got us back on the road in nearly no time! Finally a place that still cares about people! We were driving through on our way to Indianapolis from the Louisville area and got a flat tire. The people at Taylorsville Tire went above and beyond for us. They took off our old tire and put the spare on for us free of charge. They didn't have the tire we needed and proceeded to call multiple tire places closer to Indy to find our rare tire. They really saved the day for my little boys and we still made it to the Indianapolis Children's Museum! I'm so glad there are still good people out there! read more

Amazing customer service !!! Got a flat on a 5x8 trailer travelling/moving from South Lake Tahoe to eastcoast, poor tire melted off in the long heated drive one exit from here. I had to drive an hour to pick a new tire up and couldn't get it out in without the flat tire/Rim. I had a super nice guy Dave from Metro towing refer me to Taylorsville Tire one exit up, I called explained my unique problem and they said bring it right over !!!! They took both wheel and tire right in and so kind from the moment I walked in!! I feel lucky to be unlucky during this trip ! Thankful for kind and helpful people in this country , at times I was so nervous and lost on what to do! Not to mention all of this with three kids and a Labradoodle trusting in me ;) Whew! Today I called on a whim because I desperately needed 4 new tires for my car.. I spoke to Adam and he advised that Mike the manager said for me to come in. Upon my arrival I met Adam, both managers Mike and Richard. Within 15 minutes my tires were being replaced by Chris, Josh and Robbie... I live in Columbus, I had several choices of shops and after I spoke with the manager I chose Taylorsville, bad choice! I bought six tires for my truck. I have returned to the shop six times for repair service to fix flats. They did not install new valve stems with the new tires. Also I had a leaf spring problem that they didn't bring to my attention and the faulty spring rubbed on my new tire until it ruined it. Then when I went back they claimed no responsibility. But they did point out other problems that needed attention at this time. Where was that advice earlier? I can't recommend this business to anyone. read more

I live in Columbus and found the prices better than others, of course you get what you pay for. I've brought my truck to get the tires rotated and the owner looked me in the eyes and said "your taken care of". Not trusting them I numbered them and they didn't even touch them. On top of that my wife took her van in there to get tires and they constantly were going flat in winter, after 6 times returning it to them with no results, we took it to another store and they found the problem the first time. If the people running the place would stop trying to flirt with girls and actually care about their business they would actually be a decent place to get tires. My suggestion is go anywhere else to get tires, they hire the dumbest people to do the work and the people running the place are just as dumb. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! read more

What?! No road hazard warranty?! Our Expedition got a flat on the right rear. It destroyed the tire. With less that 20,000 miles on it and around 3 years I went back to where we purchased the tires. They man at the counter said, "WE DO NOT OFFER ANY KIND OF ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION." He then quoted me a price for a new tire. I really try to help the local guy out when I purchase something. If it is equal I will patronize them. Road hazard warranties have been around for decades. Even if I have to pay extra, at least have it offered. Went to Sam's club. Bought a more reputable tire for less. read more
