When I called Wednesday for an update, they explained the wheel couldn't be refinished due to its forged construction, but they could clean it up making the damage nearly invisible from 10 feet away. They finished Thursday, and to my surprise, the charge was only $125. I've washed my car three times since, and I genuinely cannot see where the damage was. They did a fantastic job. If I ever need wheel repair again, I'm going straight back to them. Minor drawbacks: Their 9-5 M-F hours are inconvenient for dropping off a car, and communication about progress could be better.
