Well bust my buttons, I forgot to leave them feedback! I went in a few weeks ago as I desperately needed to replace my tires! They told me they were booked for most of the day, but said they were going to try to squeeze me in after they finish up a car as they think it'd be fast. We were allowed to sit in the ginormous and clean lobby. I was pleased they had seating spread out, as I don't like being crammed together, especially during a pandemic! My kids and I comfortably hung out, and they had it done in no time! It was a very good experience, though in the future, I will try to schedule in advance! I have never, in my life, been to a business as pleasant as Discount Tire in Hinesville! I called in this morning with a very vague issue concerning my driver rear wheel. Not only did Blair set me up with an appointment same day, with a ton of time slots, but made sure to let me know it would all be free! Like.. free free? I was honestly shocked.. like why would this be free? Fast forward to my appointment time. Everything was super easy and self explanatory for check in. I parked my car and was immediately greeted by someone. When I say immediately, I mean I hadn't even stepped out of my car and someone was there at my window. This guy must have ran outside because there were no employees outside when I was parking. They knew right away who I was and greeted me by name! Basically the chick-Fil-a of tires, my pleasure and all! Every single person I came in contact with was just amazing.. crazy nice, helpful, willingness to do anything to make everyone happy. You just don't see businesses like this anymore. I waited in the lobby with some sudoku and not even ten minutes later my car was done. A friendly guy came over and explained the issue concerning my visit and everything made sense. I am not a car person and for every word out of his mouth to have made sense, that's just incredible in itself. They put a loaner on my car and ordered my new tire to be here within two days. It was insanely easy. They didn't ask for a hold on my card for the loaner to guarantee I bring it back or anything. In 2020 what company trusts a random person like this?! A person who has never even shopped at this company before. I'll put it this way, they have earned a customer for life. I have never had such a great experience in a long while. I originally had a problem when I took my Jeep for a tire rotation where some cosmetic bolts were loosened when they weren't suppose to be while taking my tire off. Excellent service! Was able to make a same day appointment online. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and attended to. I showed up a few minutes early and my vehicle was taken care of on time and complete in less than 30mins. I had a punctured tire that I thought would need replacing. I was told that they could patch it up and at no cost. I will be coming back when the time comes for new tires or anything tire related. It's very hard to find good customer/wholesome business in Hinesville but this place is amazing. read more

Took my Jeep in for a tire rotation today. Unfortunately it had to be rescheduled due to my caliper rubbing my wheel. what I didn't know was when I got home that they didn't know which bolts to unscrew on wheels, leaving them all loose to the point I lost two on my drive home and the other bolts werent tightened down at all and stripped 4 of them. My spouse was in the waiting room if the person didn't know which one to unscrew he could've ask This is by far the worst discount tire I have used. read more

They plugged my tire that had a nail in it not once but twice in the same week never asked me for anything and totally took care of me. They were amazing, efficient and friendly. Everyone I came in contact with and didn't come in contact with was very friendly i kind of wanted to hang out there all day actually it was such a good vibe. My husband and I just left this location and while we were overall satisfied with the customer service from Blair and quickness from Kareem, we did not like Logan. Not sure if he's an assistant manager or what but the way he was talking to us and employees did not sit well with us. He was extremely curt and seems to need to loosen up. This is the south after all so it'd be nice to have a little of that southern hospitality come from him. read more

A few weeks ago I was in search of some New tires for my truck, living in Savannah GA. Sometimes doing research on different businesses can be a serious chore. I found that the tire business is no different, but I did find out that a monopoly on tire stores exist. Savannah tire seems to have bought up some tire stores and the one's that they didn't have extremely outrageous prices. Sam's would have been my go to, but due to the state of our current health issue, Sam's would not install tires, you could buy only. After several checks,I recalled that a new player was in town, Discount tires. Not open yet, I did a internet check and bingo, a discount tire store was in Hinesville. Calling and explaining that I lived in Savannah, the gentleman on the phone informed me that particular tire was not in stock but he could have it in a few days. I received the call from the store telling me my tires were in after two days and we set up a appointment. I asked how long the process would take and I was told about twenty minutes. Finding this hard to believe,I set up the appointment. In ending my tires look great, and the cost was well worth the drive, because the whole experience left me very satisfied and grateful that this business is outstanding when it comes to customer service and professional workers.
