I would not bring anything here for work, they'll push major suspension work off on untrained kids who will forget to tighten major safety components and let you leave with your vehicle falling apart and unsafe. then get rude when you call them out. Have done business for over 20 years with company.Adam who works there went off on my wife and I.We paid bill and left as soon as possible.

I took my vehicle to the Hinesville, GA location on 7/11/2023 because my tire pressure was low from a slow leak. Kim informed me they don't plug tires but they can patch them. I left my vehicle overnight, since it was almost closing time. The next morning, I received a call from Kim saying the hole causing the air leak on my tire was on the side so it couldn't be repaired and it's extremely difficult to find my tire size anywhere. They found my tire for $480+ dollars. i googled the tire size and immediately saw that they were in stock at Discount tires, Pep boys, even Walmart in the $220 range. I contacted Kim at Bill Duckworths Tire and informed them I would be there shortly to pick up my vehicle. She called me back saying her and her boss was looking at the wrong size and they found one for a few dollars cheaper. I said no thank you. I picked up my vehicle. The tires were still practically brand new. I stopped at a tire shop and got it plugged for $20. The hole was not on the side as I had been told. I also ordered two additional tires for $450 total that fit on the rear of my vehicle. It's a Mercedes Benz so the sizes are different front to back. They attempted to over charge me more than double and stated the tire couldn't be repaired thinking I would have no choice other than to buy new tires from them at double the cost. I would not recommend them for any additional services after this experience. read more

I love these guys they do fantastic professional work but there is an issue with one of my car the steering wheel alignment is still not right I've been back several times for them to align it but the car steering wheel is not dead center like it should be I would like to go back again I don't want to wear out my welcome but I really need this wheel align done again I bought four new tires but the steering wheel is still not dead center are there gaps in the steering wheel but there has got to be a better way to align it read more

I was driving through the post gates and the gate guard noticed that I had a screw in my tire. I called Bill Duckworth Tires to see if they had time to fix it. Not only did they have time, but they were ready for me when I got there. After about 5 minutes, the guy came back in and said that the screw hadn't punctured my tire, just gotten lodged in the tread. I had assumed I would at least pay for his time or SOMETHING... but they wouldn't hear of it. Absolutely wonderful service! I'm having to write this due to the way I've been treated by Adam, the manager at the Hinesville shop. He was quick to sell us 8 tires for our cars a few years back. Now that I've been going there to get the tire pressure checked and get the free rotations he seems to have an attitude and it seems like he's doing us a favor. He went so far as to tell me that he would appreciate it if I didn't come to him anymore when I questioned him about some tire senors he sold me. If that's the kind of "service after the sale" Adam will be rendering I think the people of Liberty county would be best to go buy their tires elsewhere. Adam has always treated me fair but the last couple of visits he has truly changed his attitude. read more

Amazing customer service! I've been coming here for about 3 yrs and I've never had a bad experience. The manager, Adam is so friendly and helpful. I once was told by Toyota that I had a nail in my tire and was going to be charged over $300 to fix it. I held off and came here and the staff informed me there was no nail in my tire and showed me the tire as evidence. I wasn't charged anything. I come here for my oil changes, brakes and tires, and the quality and price is always awesome! Please support this business over Jiffy Lube or other large corporations! read more

4 stars, I would give them 5 but then people think I'm not honest. We found them by driving by when we first moved to the area. A flat tire brought us to them, went in and got it fixed straight away. They don't try to sell you something expensive or do unnecessary repairs. Just now again a flat tire and thanks to them checking on our truck they found a major issue and we got it fixed a couple days later. Now the truck is good to go for some more years and won't fall in two pieces hitting a big bump. Fast and good work,fair prices,nice staff. What else can you ask for?! We will always come back to them while living in the area. read more
