Angel scanned my tires with a device that gave an accurate description of each tire indicator status. Which I been knowing for sometime now. I love that Angel was able to offer price match even with Costco. (Unfortunately they didn't have my favorite go to Bridgestone tires here). But he even offered 5% discount I would collect and applied my military discount. So how could I say no. I accepted tho e offer and completed the transaction here in store and he promised less than an hour completion. I also even got the warranty certificate on today's purchase! Only flaw is the park cars that's in the exit lane, which cause a little flac when I was trying to enter, and a truck wanted to go around to exit within the entrance lane. It appears that this is what the staff do when they complete your vehicle. The tires had this white dirty paint like on it. I understand he shared that the coating comes from the transportation service to keep the tires from dry rotting. But they definitely should have a service solution to clean that off when purchased and installed. I requested to do a white down or tire shine. They didn't have any tire shine to put on the tires which is wild to me. To spend over half a grand or over a grand for something new to look worn in appearance in a cleanliness status is disappointing. I appreciate and respect the attempt to clean it with water. They allow any tire shine any longer. They need to update that rule. read more

I researched (easy to do by checking my existing tire size, and verified my tire size and available tires on the Discount Tire website for my local store), ordered and paid online, and scheduled an online appointment which speeds things along. It took less than 60 minutes to get my four well priced tires at the time of my appointment. It is early December now, and I noticed that many people are lined up to get their tire pressure checked...they setup a double line, and the lines moved quickly. This is a great service. read more

Just a bunch of waste of time Came to discount tire to get my tire patched for free since I purchased the tires here, after waiting 1hr and 20 min they told me they couldn't patch it and just wanted to sell me some tires, ended up going to another tire shop and they got it done in 10min with no issues, this place just wants to sell sell sell and when it comes to getting something done for free they put you at the vary end waiting for more then 1hr since your not making them money. read more

If you need tires, you've got to go to this location. They are the nicest people here and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I needed two tires. One of which had a very slow leak. I would fill it up to 40 lbs and it would go down to 26 lbs every week and a half to two weeks. I told them my problem and they told me what tires they would move around due to wear. I went in to get 2 tires today and I had the best service. A gentleman opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile. All staff was friendly and welcoming. They would have received 5 stars had they taken better care of the inside of my car. I have never been to any car establishment where they didn't put a paper cover on the floor mats and/or a seat cover. They got some sort of white gunk that appears to be something like gum on my seats and in my floor mats. Although it may appear to be small it is the principal of me spending over $500 for tires and them not putting a simple paper over the floor mat to prevent things like this from happening. I keep my car detailed and I will now have to spend extra money to go and get my car detailed again just to get this out of the carpet. read more

I bought tires from this place 1-/2 years ago. They are still under warranty. Last week I came in and I asked to have my tires checked because one has been leaking air. I specifically mentioned I have to drive my boss around this upcoming week and want no problems.Also, Let me mention. It is Labor Day weekend. They are currently closed. How convenient. So, I had my tires looked at apparently the problem was resolved.. but I left the drive way and drove down the street and the street and my sensor went off again "tire pressure low" so I took it back. They said it was normal and pushed TpS and off. I asked again, are you sure? I really can't have problems? Well here we are Sunday, with a leaking tire. Same one. They are closed and I'm severely inconvenienced in many ways. I don't believe they care about the safety of their clients. I'm not the type of person to normally leave any type of negative review. I am very happy go lucky person, but this is negligence and it is extremely dangerous. I am usually on tha highway working. My vehicle is my home. You are who I'm suppose to come to and trust. This place shows so much respect and honesty to their customers. They are here to fix all your tire needs. They address me as ma'am, hold the door for me, and are very patient. Sometimes I wish other establishments (restaurants or places that deal with the public) would work as well as Discount Tire. I'm just writing this review as an apology to the sales person I had this morning. I pulled in and was greeted by the employees and Nicolas came and asked what I was in for today. I showed him my appointment and he quickly had me go outside and show him the damage. He gave my other tires a look to make sure they were safe and told me that I'd need tires in the very near future. I always go to Firestone because that's where I've been going since I was 15 so after 6 years I never wanted to stray, but when you had a bad night and are absolutely hungover on a Wednesday morning you don't want to drive. Especially not with a screw in your tire. They were quick and he didn't shame me for driving on old ish tires. He was fast and friendly and also assured me he could beat firestones prices. They told me my car would be done at 9:20. I got my keys back at 9:04 so yeah it was pretty fast. Thank you !!! I'll be back tomorrow to buy the other 3 tires. I woke up to a flat tire with a nail in it, I put the spare on and drove over to Discount Tire and low and behold they are closed for Good Friday. The guy said "we open back up at 3" which does me no good when I work 50 miles away at 2 pm. I had to go somewhere else with a crazy long wait and was of course late to work. 6602 Highway 6 location. I went to this location because of the EXTREMELY POOR service I received at the 5818 North Fry Rd location. It was night and day!!! As soon as I walked in the door Alex greeted me and escorted me to the desk/register. He was cordial and thorough. He gave me the expected wait time and it ended up being about 30 minutes faster. The text messages kept me abreast of the work status of my car. When it was done another kind young man brought me my car and sent me off very respectfully. I don't appreciate when male techs try to upsell tires when they're dealing with females customers. I called an hour prior to coming to this location and got quoted for my exact tire size, which was around $100 for the most economical one. When I arrived, I had Nick, and he quoted me over $300 for just ONE tire. I told him how I was told this location said they have the cheaper ones for 100$ and he said those were not in stocked at the moment and it would take 5 days to come. And he said he didn't know what I was talking about becuase right now there are no such thing as 100$ tires here. Not only did he lied and was giving me the worst attitude, scoffing and being disrespectful to a customer which was not professional at all! Especially trying to upsell female customers, thinking they don't know anything. Fast forward, I went to another tech, Ian, and he confirmed there were the $100 tires in stocked and he had no idea why Nick would claim there is no such thing. So Ian got everything resolved and got my tires changed for the price I was quoted initially ($100) If it wasn't for Ian, this post would've gotten 1 star!! If y'all go here, don't have Nick look at your car, he's gonna try to upsell you and lie to your face. Never had I experienced such thing at any other discount tires. Took insanely long even on just a regular Friday. I showed up early to my appointment and they said it would take 12 minutes. An hour and a half of me waiting there later I ask them what's the status because their website didn't work (to show status) and they said they hadn't even pulled it in the bay yet. What's the point of making an appointment if their not even gonna hold their end of the deal up? Blue's Neglected Tires, Part II So I drove around on the spare the rest of the week. One look at Discount Tire's website confirmed that I did, indeed, have a warranty of 60,000 miles on my barely year old tire. This meant I could get a new tire with a credit; as for the really old tire, we'd just have to wait. And pray. Since Sparkles from the other store was so underwhelmingly helpful, we took Blue to a different location. We'd bought her two tires here about a year ago and were pleased with their service. Again, we were pleased. The wait time was 2 hours, but hey, it was Saturday morning. We window-shopped across the street to pass the time, and when we returned for Blue, we had a very nice surprise waiting for us. Even though they should've taken the not-so-old tire for us to get the credit, they took the 90,000 mile tire instead. This left us with the not-so-old tire, which has a little life left; 2 tires from a year ago; a brand-spanking-new tire; and our spare. I appreciate their kindness more than words can convey and when the budget allows for the new tire, I'll be coming here to buy it. read more

Parking lot is large (unlike the Hwy 6 and Clay location), showroom is spacious and clean, and the staff is professional and courteous. The first time I stopped for a tire rotation was on a Monday and late. They were very willing to perform the work but gave me a honest assessment of the time involved. I came back on a Wednesday when they were obviously less busy and they pulled my truck into the bay right away. They inspected my tires and performed the rotation and balance in under 30 minutes. This isn't the first time I have been to this location nor will it be the last. Paul, the manager, helps me and my wife more times than not even if its only to make sure staff is on point.
