We were traveling from Omaha to Kansas City Royals game. On the highway was a board we couldn't avoid wi the out hitting another car. The board had nails and both our driver side tires were punctured and losing air. They got us in and replaced all four before the end of the evening. My only gripe was when they returned the spare they sis not put it back to its appropriate spot just laid it in the trunk. They didn't out the lug nut key back where they originally got it. BAD: They consider an appointment is kept if they pull the vehicle in within an hour (employee quote). Plan on 2+ hours, even with an appointment. Shame. I came here to replace the tires on my car. The store is currently under remodeling, so unfortunately I couldn't sit comfortably and wait inside. That was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were all very kind and helpful from the employee who helped me check in, to the one who replaced my front and rear wipers, and especially Mario, who patiently answered all my questions and guided me on which tires would be best. Mario went above and beyond. Since I had been waiting for over two hours, he offered me a set of more expensive tires at the same price as the ones I originally chose, and got them installed right away. Thanks to him, I was able to make it home before picking up my kids. He looked very professional and left me with a great impression. Update *** Thanks to Store Manager Neil Warren, I was able to receive the wiper arm and blade I needed through delivery today. He addressed my concerns efficiently and handled everything with care. My husband called to arrange an appointment for new tires. They explained in detail the pricing and directions on where to go once we arrived. Steven came out to my vehicle to greet me and show me where to park my vehicle. He assisted with getting the reservation confirmed and found a place for us to wait while our service was being done. The waiting area was clean and they had seating spaced out 6 feet apart to maintain excellent social distancing guidelines. They placed keys in ziplock bags and also provided me with the old valve sensors in a bag, if you wanted them. This was our first time doing service here and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reasonably priced and affordable tires. My wife and I were traveling in Bentonville, AR, several weeks ago and we hit a large pot hole that destroyed one of our tires (which had been purchased at this North KC Discount Tire location). This occurred on a Sunday morning when all tire shops were closed. The Bentonville Discount Tire took us in first thing on Monday morning and replaced our tire with a used tire so that we could return to our home in the Kansas City area. They told us that the our regular Discount Tire outlet (this outlet) would replace the the used tire with a brand new one, at no charge, as it was under warranty. We have one tire (the front right) out of balance. My wife made an appointment and took the car in to get a balance and rotate. since we bought the tires from discount tire, this is supposed to be an included service. Not only did they not balance and rotate, but they told her that they couldn't touch any of the tires because one of them had low tread. Told her she needed to replace all 4 tires before they could do anything, even though the 1 tire that was out of balance had plenty of tread. These tires will easily go another 20,000 miles. I had a wonderful experience here! I was traveling from Broomfield Co to Kansas City with brand new tires last Thanksgiving. But there was a vibration. I called talked to Hunter, he said bring it to the shop as soon as possible, so I there in 30 min, it was already about 4PM. Conner the manager said he would take care of it! Samuel worked on my car, took his time and made sure the tire mounting and balancing were correct. I had no vibration on the way back to Broomfield. I love this place. I won't buy tires anywhere else from now on. Their service is 100% excellent. I got the insurance on the tires for a small up charge, and I ended up having to use it. All it cost me to replace it was insurance on that tire they put on which was about $22. They remind me when I need to rotate my tires And curbside to check my air pressure. read more

I've been using Discount Tire for my tire and wheel needs for the past 10 years in three different states and I've always had great experiences. Recently my car hit a curb and I dented my rim. I was able to contact Discount Tire and they helped me find the correct rim for my vehicle. I needed four new tires but only had time to replace the damaged tire and rim so I could continue to work. Thanks to the staff I was able to find the best price, which happened to be online, and set up an appointment to have my tires put on. When I explained the situation and that I needed a rim and tire ASAP they were happy to accommodate. I got a ride from a friend to their location where they put the new tire on the rim in about ten minutes. I rolled it away and installed it at my house. I'll be back on the 15th to have the three other tires put on my vehicle. Thank you very much to the staff and management that helped make this a smooth process. Covid related; The facility was extremely clean with guards up between the customer and employees at the desk. There were stickers on the ground as to where to stand to social distance. I didn't look very hard for hand sanitizer as I was in and out quickly. And even though it was only myself and my ride in the location they asked us to distance ourselves. Great job keeping up safety protocols guys!! 5/5 for Covid relations. read more

I decided to wait in the lobby while they finished up the tires. Everyone had a mask on and social distancing measures were in place. First of all, I tried the magic (and my limit!) three times to schedule the purchase of new tires at my regular dealership-and it just didn't happen. (Lack of SERVICE) So, I called Discount Tire.
