She looked smug like she didn't even want to be at work. I thought how odd when she's got 2 minutes to change and get back out here. At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go. I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a brand new one on and it was my fault. A brand new caliper doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the "newly refurbished caliper" they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! It's drive-thru style, so you just roll up, and if no one is there you're probably out in 15 minutes. Hell someone was ahead of me and I was still out in 15 minutes. Guys here are friendly, and they did a nice job. They didn't push the upsells hard, but they will show you the dirty air filter which I needed to replace anyhow. I was also low on washer fluid and a few others, and those are included in the oil change package. Not a bad deal at all, and I was planning to carve out an hour or two for something that was done as soon as it started. This will be my go-to spot from now on.
