Jared was very kind and patient with me and my questions and helped me secure an appointment for early the next morning. Honestly though, car service places give me anxiety so I asked the boyfriend to come with me to explain what I needed with new tires and make sure I didn't get ripped off. After briefly speaking with Jared, he assured me I could not only trust what he was saying but that his pricing was better than others that he knew. I came in looking for very specific tires and they explained the process of ordering them and scheduling an appointment with ease. They do price match which was very helpful with another quote I received and gave no issue about it. Not super pushy with their tire brands even though of course they have to be mentioned. Will be willing to work with you depending on your situation which is good enough for a big chain shop. Did sell me 2 Year old tires without letting me know though unfortunately. Forgot to put my hubcaps back on when I was on my way out. Tires were still in great shape and considering they gave me such a good deal on them I cant even say it's a reason to not come. Ofc lifetime rotations and balances are a nice plus to the purchase. I've come a couple of times in the past for an air refill and I've always received quick and efficient service but I don't think I'd ever reviewed them. Today I went in for an air refill and a diagnostic of my tire tread. Dayton assisted me and he was so thorough, as all the other reps have been. Discount Tire employees ask for consent before opening your car door to scan the VIN. They walk you through each step of the process and take time to answer any service questions you may have. Dayton kindly informed me that my tires were still in good condition and recommended I come in atleast once a month for the next few months as my tires are nearing the "warning" stage. He then texted me a copy of the diagnostic report for my records. My tire has been having the low tire air pressure warning come on a handful of times within the last week, after the fact I got a used tire at another tire facility. I woke up to a nearly deflated tire in my drive way, and googled "nearest tire shop that repairs tire leaks" and this shop popped up first. I gave them a call and told them my tire has a leak and if they would be able to service that since their online website doesn't say they do those kinds of services, this guy named Jared answered and said yeah we can easily repair that bring it in as they take walk-ins. I go there and get helped immediately as I step in the door and he and I walks to my car as I told him my issue and he took a machine out to get all my tires tread depth. We go back in and he suggest I get new ones as mines are at a safety hazard for driving , but I acknowledge that I'll get that done for another day as I just wanted to get my one tire that keeps getting flat fixed. They told me I'll be out 1030am as I checked in around 900am. I get a text message that also shows me the status of my car. Around 930 someone calls my name and says my tires valve stem needed to be replaced and they changed it for me . I was like alright cool and he tells me they will then pull out too the front of the store . I'm waiting there as he comes out and he hands me the keys and have a great day, I then told him "wait where do I pay for the service done?" He tells me it's on the house have a good one . This location popped up in our neighborhood last year and I'm so glad because now I can just come by when I need air in my tires. I used to pay for air at the gas station; I remember the days when air was FREE. Nowadays, those little air stations can cost you anywhere from $1.00 to $2.00 for AIR! It's rare to find a gas station that offers it for free anymore so even more reason to love Discount Tire for having a bay just for patrons to drive up and have air put in your tires at no charge. I do, however, tip the attendant because I'd rather give him the money for his trouble than putting it in a machine. They make sure that they're putting the recommended amount in your tires, too. Came to get a screw removed & the tire repatched.... Went to Firestone in the morning for air where the man let me know that tire was 100% fixable & that Discount Tires does it for free as opposed to them charging $20, so I came to this location.... The man at this DT location tried to tell me that he would have to get me a whole new tire because it's not equipped to be fixed. Apparently the "tread was too low" and they "can't service my car with this low of a tread" so I would "need to get all new tires".... LOL, I knew immediately that he was just trying to make some money off of me, so I just said I would go elsewhere... When I went to a new Discount Tires location, the man at the front looked at my tire and said it was definitely able to be repatched and that the tread levels were not nearly as low as the other man was stating... Today my husbands truck tire decided to get a nail in it (4th tire in 6 weeks yay) and we were trying so hard to get the tire replaced with the dealership because we have warranty. Just amazing service at this Discount Tire location. I had a flat and part of the problem with needing a tire NOW is that a lot of places, including Costco, don't carry the size I need. It's a little unusual. After some calling around while I waited for my tow, I called Discount Tire and had a great conversation with someone who said they had *more than one* option for my tire size. Both were also very inexpensive, which I definitely didn't expect. The AAA tow truck ended up taking nearly five hours, though, and by the time I finally got to Discount Tire, and on a busy Saturday no less, it was only one hour before closing. No problem, they said, and despite my arrival a little after 4, they still had my car ready at 5.
