on the September 28-2025 my sister came to firestone at 4640 W Ann Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89031to check the tire, the car had the nail in it I can see it, that the time the Store Manager name is Brian look the tire and say need to replace the new tire, but the new tire just installing only 4 month, my sister calls me, say he took the nail out from the tire the nail too short, I ask Brain why she need to replace the new tire, he give the phone to my sister and walk away, I told my sister to tell him put the tire back to the car and go home now. Brought a Vehicle in that the air compressor was not turning, a/c system was only blowing warm outside air and there was a fault flashing on the a/c display. They said it was just low on refrigerant. Come back to pick it up. Paid and got in vehicle only to find it doing the same thing fault still flashing. Notify the service writer and he tries to tell me it's cold. Gets the technician and he tries to say the same thing. I show them in the engine bay the compressor is not turning therefore the a/c is not working. Had a leaking tire and needed a replacement as it was leaking from the sidewall. It was about an hour before closing and we were about to start the road trip home. We waiting in their waiting area for a someone to help us for about 5 minutes. We were the only people there at the time. We finally get to talk to someone and in the middle of our conversation, the phone rings. He promptly answers it, helps them and then starts talking to us again. We both agree we need a new tire but before he gives us any options to buy one, a couple walks in. He proceeds to help them. At this point, I told my boyfriend we were getting out of there. Had front rotors and pads done at Firestone out in Cali... they made noise right off the lot... I figured let them break in and it will go away.. drove all the way from Cali home and the sound didn't go away.. I took it to the Firestone here in town and they said oh the tech didn't replace the " hardware " so we will change out everything again for you the pads, rotors, hardware on us. Covered under warranty. Sorry about that.. ok cool. Thank you, I appreciate it. got the truck back and SAME thing, the squeaking and squealing was still there... took it back again and then they said... well it's a big truck.. ( but I paid for the "server duty" pads ) which was extra money " higher quality " pads.. they also said well it's the way you drive it, it's going to make noise we can't do anything.. I said well can we go down a grade in pads? I don't want any refund or any money back I'm ok with it i don't care i just don't want the squeaking and squealing when I paid over $700 for new pads and rotors.. they said well you have to deal with the squealing and noises.. or we can change the rotors again but we have to charge you $400... WTF!! I already paid you $700!!!!! I went and bought new pads and rotors from NAPA swapped them myself and haven't had any issues sense... Firestone is TRASH... which is sad.. Don't bother getting their alignment not the warranty they offer. Went in twice to see if they can fix my alignment but with the incompletion of not being able to finish it due to not having the proper tools. Those of you who think it ain't a bad idea, think again why take it to a place to service your car if they don't have a right tool to be able to complete the job. Expect the delay of waiting all day for a status check or completion of you vehicle. read more

I went to the Ann and North Decatur location for a new tire; the proprietor said that he thought he had two equal quality tires in his upper storage; one for $179 and one for $129; I figured he would come out with the more expensive tire but to my surprise, he came out with the lower cost tire and that was my price out the door. Do not go to this repair shop, even for a wheel alignment. I have owned my classic 1970 Chevy Truck for many years. Completely restored and show quality truck. I brought it to this shop for a front end alignment What a huge mistake. Joe called me to tell me that the bolts for the tie rod sleeve were stripped out. I told him that was impossible, as I had just greased the front end the day before. WHen I arrived I took photos of the damaged bolts. Their technician had used an impact wrench and stripped the bolts out. When I tried to start my truck, I discovered that they had completely tore out the ignition switch wires in the truck and tried to HOT WIRE my truck! I made a complaint with their coroporate office and with the BBB. If you look at their BBB rating, Every single Firestone shop in Las Vegas has an F Rating. Do not go here! Update: the pad photo with more meat on them is 30k miles since the ones in the original photo. Untouched by anyone but myself. When I put these on it was the same process. New slide pin boots, fresh grease on the slide pins and pads, new OEM rotors and oem brake pads. I dropped my car off on 6/5 for an alignment check. They called around 6pm and said that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next morning but never offered for us to pick it up so we figured it would be kept safe inside. I get a call back the next morning stating an outrageous price for the repairs and "oh someone smashed your back window in but it doesn't look like they took anything because the glove box is closed" MY STEREIO HAD BEEN VILOENTLY RIPPED OUT!!" damaging the dashboard! I was told by manager bryan that they will fix the window, but that's it and I'd have to talk to my insurance about the stereo... It's not like im saying there was a diamond ring in the glove box, its a stereo that was obviously there at drop off.. and said we didn't have room for it inside and that "things like this happen it's the area." Then, at pick up said it's gonna cos $ 9.99 for the assessment, which my husband and I laughed at and did not end up paying when bryan realized how ridiculous that was. Still no call to repair my window from their "third party" and out 300 dollars on a car stereo. I insisted on documentation before I took my vehicle to prove this occurred there, and he got very defensive and was surprised I wanted that... I highly HIGHLY advise you not to bother.. this could have all been avoided with a call that said "we don't have room for ur car inside, do you want to come pick it up or take the risk?" Came here for an oil change because I had a coupon for 50%off. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpful when making my appointment for me and I was excited that they offer a free tire rotation. I arrived 15 mins early to my 9 am appointment. They didn't seem too busy they had about 3-4 people ahead of me. They didn't start my car until 9:45am. I had a scheduled errand to run afterwards so I had to ask them to forego the tire rotation. Would I come here again? No. I feel like they wasted my time and I am better off taking my vehicle to Valvoline where they don't mess around and they get the job done. Last week I came in with an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix a nail in my tire. They only did the oil change and nothing else. So I made another appointment today at 10:24am for a same day 4pm appointment. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes for joe to tell me I didn't have an appointment and there was nothing he can do. My mom took her car in for a rattling noise coming from her engine and the check engine light. They performed a diagnostic and repaired what was supposedly the reason for the check engine light. They didn't repair or explain what the rattling was. The main reason my mom took her car in was for the noise but these guys didn't even bother with it. They also quoted her to have her front brake pads replaced for $400, this an older Nissan Sentra. Very shysty business, but I guess most auto repair shops are. I am also noticing that the business only replies to positive reviews, horrible business practices. read more

**WARNING** DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE SH*T! Had a horrible experience with Joe G. & Eric F. both supposedly managers at this location. Dropped off my vehicle to get a 20 minute A/C diagnostic done at 11am and was asked rudely by Joe G. if I planned on leaving it over night even though a call was placed to Eric F. at 9:40am asking if an appointment was needed for a diagnostic and was told no & just bring it on it. So, obviously, I told Joe G. no I did not intend to leave it over night and with that he told me they will try to have it to me later that afternoon, I said okay and I left my vehicle there. Four o clock rolls around and a call was placed & Joe G. answered, with my information he said they actually have my vehicle in the bay and he can see they are looking at it as we speak and it should be done shortly. Then six o clock rolls around & I drive up there to pick up my vehicle, once inside I was told by Joe G. that they did NOT even get to my vehicle with a nonchalant attitude. NO apology, just a shrug and an oh well look. I asked for the manager and he said Eric F. was the manager and that he left already for the day. I asked Joe G. why did he LIE TO ME when I called at 4pm that my vehicle was in the bay being looked at? He said his manager Eric F. actually told him that info and that's why he said it to me & he didn't actually see my vehicle at all and he didn't tell me that & he doesn't remember talking to me because he talks to hundreds of people a day. So, he LIED AGAIN! I asked for my keys back & he almost threw them to catch, but a hand was reached out and he eventually handed them over. As I am leaving, I see Eric F. who was supposedly "gone" for the day hiding in the back of the garage on his personal cell phone. I asked him why he LIED to me about just bringing it in with no problem since it was only a 20 minute diagnostic. He said: 1) he can't tell me "NO" because corporate monitors the phone calls, so he has to lie since he's being recorded 2) he said it was my fault I didn't bring it in that very minute when I called at 9:40 when his A/C tech had nothing to do & was just sitting there and that I waited until 11am, that's why I didn't get service. 3) he said he was the service manager and there was nothing he could do even though it was 6:25pm at this point. WHY could Eric NOT do the A/C diagnostic himself since he's a "service" manager & it supposedly ONLY takes 20 minutes & they didn't close until 7pm???? Wouldn't that have been the smart move since obviously I was an upset & dissatisfied customer????? NOPE is the answer he gave! So I ended up leaving still upset after them keeping my vehicle all day for 7+ hours!! The next day I called the customer service line, told them my experience & was told by the male rep that Andrew the area manager would be calling me within 2 days to speak to me about the situation since the regular store manager Brian was on vacation. They made me upset when I showed up at 6:58pm to pick up my car, and they close at 7:00pm. They said it was due to shutting down the system early. But the next day, Brian the Store Manager apologized and gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience. He even gave me a ride to the gym in his own car while it was being serviced. Had an appointment early in the morning and since a bunch of people dripped their cars off ahead of time without an appointment it pushed me to the back of the line. I was expecting a one hour wait with the appointment but had to drop it off and waited 6 hours. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the notes or receipt was not explained to me. Upon further review I noticed the alignment remained in the red and no one explained why they couldn't get it in the green and what additional repairs are needed for that. read more

I purchased a lifetime alignment several years ago and needed help. However, I told him that everytime I walk into this location I get poor customer service. He became argumentative and told me that he could refund my money instead of providing me for service that I paid for. His poor customer service will definately run customers away. I have been coming to this location for years and will no longer come here after todays interaction with Brain and Joe the service writer. '99 F150 and '17 Toyota needed oil changes and apparently asking them to not adjust the steering wheel on the Ford cause it messes with wipers and signals constitutes them not wanting to drive it cause he says they're all to big time get in, come the heck on, really all the workers there were giants, hmmmmm. I go to this location because it is near my house and I never had any problems with them. Majority of the time I go here to have my car oil and filter changed. The associates who help me rarely pressure me to up sale and if I say no they don't ask again like other repair shops. Depending on the day you go, it could get busy. I recommend always calling ahead of time and making a appointment. They also offer a lifetime alignment and wheel balancing for a decent price. So I get that service done about twice a year. They have a nice waiting room inside with a television and fridge full of water. There are also nearby stores if you want to eat while you wait. If I am not inside waiting or I am out, they always gave me a call when my car is ready. read more
