Took a new tire to get mounted on my rim. The guy who did it was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended I rotate my tires as well. The total was very reasonable priced and had no issues for the rest of that day. The next morning, I go outside and my brand new tire that I mounted is now on the floor. This fell on the weekend as they are closed Saturday and Sunday so I had to wait to contact them again their next business day. I take my wheel to another shop and explain to them what happened. They tested it and there was a small crack in my rim from it being improperly mounted previously. I was not upset, more so relieved that I was able to figure out why my brand new tire was going flat within a few hours. I call super Mario tires their next business day and explain to them exactly what happened and if there was anything we'd be able to do. The man who answered whose voice I did not recognize proceeded to tell me that it was impossible for them to have cracked it. Then told me it was almost cracked and after they serviced it then it cracked fully. So which one was it? Also wouldn't it be in good practice to let the customer know if there was a crack before letting them on the road? I proceeded to tell him I've never had an issue with them before and appreciate the work. I always tip generously and even gave the workers a couple of drinks. He proceeded to give me the run around and I told him not to worry about it and it's okay. Mid sentence he hangs up abruptly. Very unprofessional. I'm not the type of individual to be rude or try to come off demanding so I don't understand the hostility. I got my wheel taken care of already, but I would have rather gave my business to super Mario tires. It's a shame how certain individuals can display unethical behavior that ruins the reputation for workers who actually give a fuck and work their asses off. I hope something changes. read more

THIS GUY IS A THIEF!!! Bought a set of $1000 tires off of offer up but needed them removed from a rim and placed on mine. He says 100 bucks and I agree, his two guys lift my SUV and take off all 4 tire off. They installed two tires and he comes to me and says, they misspoke and he charges 15 to take the tire of the rim, 15 to put it back on so at 30 a tire + balancing my total is now $200! I told him I don't have the $200 so he tells his guys to take off my tires already installed 30 minutes in their work. He was willing to have them undo the work instead of taking a hit. I haggled and settled on 175 cash just because I wanted to get the hell out of there and it was raining and I had a hungry 8 year old with me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAT BASTARD!! read more

They put air in your tires for free, check for wear and get you in and out fast! I couldn't find an air machine at a dumb gas station so this was a godsend! I pulled in and within a minute I was greeted by one of the staff, mask wearing and all. It's a cute little family owned place, and they really do their best. It was 10000 degrees outside and They were excellent fast and efficient in changing out my flat tire. The manager was so kind and attentive. The pricing was fair. Thought about going to discount tire because they patch tires for free for everyone but they wanted $25.00 just to install my tire and that doesn't include balancing them. Called them on the phone and he quoted me a price with mounting which is lower than discount. Drove in and was greeted by two guys who was super helpful and friendly. No wait time and they moved fast. If you was fast reasonable service this is the place to go. They are located in the back next to the gas station. **update. The final out the door price was $8.00 less than what they quoted me. I'm super stoked about that. Seriously bunch of nice guys and did great work. If I ever need something done then I'll be back. I came here to get my tire and rim fixed and all seemed well at first. The two guys helping me out seemed like they had good intentions. They told me I didn't have to get out of the car and insisted I stayed put. I didn't mind at first thinking it was going to be a quick repair. They charged me 50$ for the repair and a used tire. Which isn't the problem but when I pulled over to check the used tire they gave me it had two dam nails in it. Like seriously I get it's a used tire but one would think they had the decency not to give me one with two nails in it. I tried to return but they were closed. Will try again. They gave me no receipt which was me being stupid for not asking for one. But I didn't think I was going to get effed over. Worst part is I gave them a pretty good tip as well. Shady people. Shady company. I guess I'll save the pain and hassle next time and go to pep boys for any tire repairs. read more

I'm sorry but these people don't even deserve one star. Went to ask about my 26" tires getting low on air. They took it off put it in water then put it back on and said there's nothing wrong with it. It'll be ten dollars for taking it off... I took it to discount tires and they patched a leak my tire had for free because of what I had already gone through. The two men who work there are rude. The younger guy is an a**h*** who had given a previous customer a bad patched tire which the older man fixed. Terrible service. The younger guy smokes and drinks while he's helping you... I give a -5 that's how unhappy I am.. read more
