I've now been to two Brake Masters locations, one in Henderson/Green Valley and most recently the one on East Centennial in North Las Vegas, and both experiences have been excellent. I went in because the air in my car wasn't blowing through the vents. They checked it out, clearly explained the issue, gave me an estimate, and scheduled me for a time when the part could be ready. When I came back for my appointment, I was the first one there that morning. Even as more customers arrived, the gentleman helping everyone stayed calm, professional, and very pleasant. They handled a few challenges that came up and still got everything taken care of that same morning. It's important to feel comfortable and trust the people working on your car. The team at Brake Masters made me feel respected and confident that the job would be done right. Now my air is working perfectly again just in time for the Vegas summer heat! My second oil change with this location and I'd like to share how I felt about their customer service experience. I was overdue for oil change and my car's service engine light came on. When I dropped off my car with my appointment time which was 10:30 am Saturday morning, and I told them about engine light. They said will scan and let me know. I was so worried about that light . So I tried to stay patient and positive about results. After 4 hours of waiting, I decided to make a call to see the status of my car. They told me they were still diagnosing. Shortly after they called me and explained what was going on. Long story short, my car needs more frequent oil change due to the it has such a limited capacity to hold the normal amount of oil. The frequent oil change will help reduce the buildup and clear the engine. Also my brake pads are bad shape and need to be replaced. I was so relieved and appreciate they took extra time to get the diagnostic test. The cost of today was only for basic oil change, no extra charges. And on top of all, Their customer service was excellent!!! I totally understand it took longer than I expected, but they took extra care of everyone's vehicle and I bet majority of customers are repeaters!! I recently went to check my mail and discovered a post card announcing the grand opening of this Brake Masters, along with some tear off coupons for routine services. This area is constantly under construction...or on fire, so I almost hadn't noticed it tucked away next to the Walgreens. Anyway, for the past few weeks, my car had been requesting an oil change upon starting. Knowing this day would come, I saved that post card of coupons referenced above, and went early one morning to redeem my oil change discount, which was applied without hassle. When the phone call came, Stephen complimented the sound condition of the vehicle, but noticed a wheel out of alignment. After some discussion, we came to a fair price and the alignment was performed. Also, I didn't wait in the waiting room, but they looked to have comfortable chairs and a clean waiting area. How does an oil change take an hour and a half they took car right away then hour and half later they were finally done

I have to tell you... never been to a place so honest that they told me I did not need anything. They showed me my brakes and explained what was going on and told me how to deal with it especially since it was under warranty. I know other places would have just changed the brakes and charged me a bunch of money, but this place is beyond honest and I cannot recommend this place more. I came to this Brake Masters because I have built a trusting relationship with the shops manager Ken. I originally started working with Ken at the shop over on Blue Diamond, and than traveled to the one on Mark when he moved over there. The newest drive is much further but I trust this shop owner and he has never stirred me wrong with my car needs nor his staff. His staff was very through and explain all of the details of your car needs. Finding a good trustworthy mechanic is a feat and I feel blessed to have one in Ken and his staff. read more

I went the new brake masters on 4th 5th and centennial parkway for my rear brakes. I took my car back to them at least three times and the issue was not resolved. I asked for refund a full refund and I was denied a full refund I talked to Jonathan who passed me over to Ken and Ken said he contacted his supervisor Travis and they said no to the refund because I have the parts but in that conversation can mention that they had damage my rotors and they see what the problem is I still want a full refund I contacted a corporate office and left a message and I'm also going to write a letter to the corporate office regarding Ken and Travis refuse to refund my money to me They didn't do a good job I don't trust they would do the job correctly for the fourth time I prefer a refund I'll take my money elsewhere I do not trust the company read more
