This place is the absolute ripoff of the entire Nevada . They are charging $125 per scratch on the wheel and $250 for the full recondition of the wheel. Nobody charges that much. Everybody is at least halfway , if not below $100 per wheel for a single . I would never ever recommend this place to anybody not even to my worst enemy. read more

Been here 3 times to finally right a review because they done a good job each time. I always been helped by the owner of this place and each time it was straight to the point and getting the job done quick. First time coming here I had a bent wheel in multiple spots. The owner looked at it and said we'll have it done next day. Guessing they were busy at that time last year. Picking up the wheel it looked like it was never bent at all. 2nd time coming here I had a 3 piece wheel with a cracked inner barrel and honestly a very good stretch tire which had me concern. I wasn't sure if they would do it or not because how extreme the stretch was in my opinion. Well guess what they did one heck of a job repairing my inner barrel and welded it up nicely. The wheel is still holding up since then. 3rd time coming here present time (8/2022) I cracked an inner barrel for another 3pc wheel. Got there and the owner helped me again. Said it should be done same day and it really was done faster then I expected. Same stretch tire, same weld, for a different wheel which I'll post in photos. For those being "ocd" about how welds look, this is on the inside so it really didn't matter to me how it look. No one is going to be seeing it anyways. Overall great experience, really good price, and very good timing. Would recommend for sure. The only reason I am even leaving any stars is because the owner and employees were kind and efficient. My repair on the other hand is unacceptable, especially for $175. You can judge for yourself by the photo. My wheel had a bend on the lip. They repaired it and when doing that it cracked so they had to weld it which is understandable. The issue is with the painting after the repair. Not only was it done poorly but I was told it was complete so I drove across town. Come to find out it wasn't even dry so it ended up even worse than it was after I picked it up. read more

The drive across town to fix my tire was totally totally worth it. I've been needing to fix my dented tire for over a year now and FINALLY did it a couple weekends ago. They're located in a corner strip mall along Charleston Blvd/Eastern right across McDonalds. I found this business while searching on Yelp for a place that would fix my dented rim, that was affordable, and had great reviews. Well....Hub Cap Annie met all three checkmarks in my criteria. I reached out by submitting a questions form on their business website. I got a response within a week with a price quote that was unbeatable by others that I received. I chanced my luck on a Saturday afternoon but it was the only time that I was available to get any work done on my car. Sure enough, I walked in and their popularity showed as I walked through the door. Despite the overwhelming busyness of the day I was acknowledged right away. There were about 4 other ahead of me and about 10 more people that walked through that door after me. Considering each job could take anywhere from 2-3 hours, the guys at Hub Cap Annie didn't refuse anyone service even as they were near closing time. It took a little under 2 hours to do rims but now they're as good as new. What made me very impressed by this business was their "off the bat" knowledge. Customers would come in and let the guys at the front desk know what's wrong and they would be able to see what was needed, how long the job would take/if they were able to do it, and how much it would cost. You could see the passion they have in their jobs. The waiting area isn't big so I'd suggest getting picked up while you wait for your tires/rims to get done. It's air conditioned but because of how busy it tends to get, there's not much seating area to work with. There is a TV to keep your mind occupied. After I bought an aftermarket set of wheel covers online and they didn't fit, my favorite shop (Busy Boots) couldn't get them to fit either, because the holes were misaligned with the lugs. Busy Boots recommended Hub Cap Annie, so I drove from the west side to their shop at Charleston and Eastern. The Hub Cap Annie people were friendly, courteous, and helpful. They showed me eight wheel covers on their wall which would fit my car and placed several of them on one of my wheels to help me choose. They brought another one from the back which they thought I might like. They installed the set right away with no waiting. The total cost was $90 + tax, much lower than OEM parts.
