Just stopped by to get my air checked in all 4 tires and was met by two younger guys. I was first asked if my tire light had come on on my dash and when I said no they said they'd look at all tires and see if anything was wrong. I mentioned I had a broken lug nut on one tire just to see if it was something Discount handles or needed a referral elsewhere. All they did was look at the lug nut and then told me I would need to go to a different shop, then said I was "good to go". They didn't check my pressures at all, scan my VIN, or ask for my mileage like every other Discount has done previously (and like I had seen them do to all the other cars in front of me 5 minutes prior). I ordered my tires online on Friday and scheduled an installation appointment for Monday. I received a few emails Friday to let me know that my tires had been delivered to the store. I also received a call from Angel at the store letting me know they were in. Even though I had an appointment for Monday Angel advised they'd be able to get me in earlier. I arrived at the store about an hour and a half before closing. Angel gave me an approximate completion time and my car was actually ready well before that time! I have patronized numerous Discount Tires stores over the last 20+ years and have received nothing less than outstanding service. Women, BEWARE of being helped by MARLEY, the only girl in their shop. Tried to sell me a tire right off the bat before assessing the one I had a problem with. I would have bought a new one for absolutely no reason... they ended up fixing the one I brought in with no issues. Obviously she's not a girls girl, told me she's been in the industry for 5 years so she's def not brand new. I'm educated enough so she didn't get me, but maybe someone who isn't as knowledgable. Worst tire experience ever. A couple weeks ago this shop did 6 tires on my truck. Didn't follow notes about valve stems and did not save a spare tire they said was set aside for me. Had to come back the next day to fix these issues. Not ideal but stuff happens Fast forward to today and decided to check torque on lugnuts...I was missing 2 lugnuts and had multiple were so loose I could back em off by hand. This is ridiculously dangerous and you had 2 times to check and make sure everything was correct. Instead of rushing through these cars and yelling,hooping and hollering in the shop pay attention to what you're doing... If you want your tires done safe and correct don't go to discount tire!!!!! Also tire pressures were ranging from 78psi to 56psi...truck drove terrible until I noticed and checked air pressure... If I could give 0 stars it'd still be too high read more

I specifically chose this location because I purchased a tire here with a warranty. The wait for air pressure check was about 35 minutes, which I understood, but what happened next was unacceptable. Two employees checked all four tires, assured me everything was fine, and said I was "good to go." I even asked if there were any issues, and they confidently told me no. Fast forward a few days--my mechanic informed me that ALL FOUR tires were extremely dangerous, and I have photo evidence to prove it. This wasn't just a minor oversight; it put me and my child at serious risk. I trusted this location for years and paid for warranties, yet no one warned me about the condition of my tires. I ended up replacing three tires at another location, where they immediately told me how bad the situation was. How could the Bell Road team miss this? Their lack of communication and attention could have led to a tragedy. I hope someone from Discount Tire sees this and makes it right because this experience shattered my trust. read more

I was originally going in to just check prices, but I was so impressed by them I decided to get my tires that day. They did not try to oversell me at all! I purchased the warranty for my tires because I was told that they would cover them for any issues and they have the best warranty in the business. My tires were low so I brought my car in and they immediately tell me they don't cover vandalism. I did not vandalize my maserati. They agreed, so I'm not sure why that comment was necessary. Then, they tell me they will check the alignment and then determine if the warranty will work. Again, the alignment issues weren't mentioned when I bought the warranty and said they'd fix the tires if there was damage. They then said to actually get an alignment after they put on the tires because they don't do alignments and can't guarantee the tires will be aligned perfectly when they are done. I then went to the alignment shop they recommended and have continued to get alignments each time I've had my tires rotated and my oil changed. I maintain my car very well and get everything done even prior to the recommend time. They somehow were able to look and see if my car was aligned perfectly though when I brought it and said it was slightly off so they won't warranty any of the tires. They did say the tires actually did well though because they got 18k miles out of the 40k guaranteed by the warranty because you can't rotate the fronts to the back since the tire sizes are different in the front and back. I can't stand being lied to and treated so poorly. I've always been a loyal customer, but I won't be back. Also, as we know with bad experiences, you tell everyone. What a bad experience and just bad business on discount tires fault. Lying and treating customers poorly isn't what anyone wants when they are doing business. It was clear that they're trying to selling you extra (extra tires, warranties, spares, more expensive tires) which is partially to be expected. But I also expect an honest estimate of how long to wait. The attendant told me my car would be ready by 3:00, but I saw him enter 3:15 as my estimated time of completion. My car wasn't ready anywhere near what was quoted. While I waited in the lobby I heard other customers complain about being misquoted on the time of completion. Get ready to hear "there's only one car ahead of you" about 5-6 times. If my car isn't going to be ready till 4:30, that's fine, just tell me so I can allocate my time appropriately. read more

DO NOT Trust this place! They will lie and say that they can't patch your tire, will put the spare on and steal your tire! We took our rental car in here because there was a screw in the tire and didn't really want to deal with it ourselves because we are on vacation. Waited over an hour to have them tell us it was too close to the side wall to patch. This was not true!! My father in law owned a tire place for over a decade so we know more than the average person but I also wasn't going to argue with them about it. I would just take it somewhere else or go buy a patch and fix it myself. They put the spare on for me so I took it back to our rental to fix it myself and realized they kept the tire!! It was a brand new tire and they didn't even mention that they took it. I had to call them and send my husband back over there to get it. The guy that got it for him took one look at it and said we couldn't fix this? So even he knew it was absolutely fixable!! What a joke. We patched it ourselves and it's perfectly fine. read more

I had a nail in my tire so I swung by this morning- I dropped it off and a a couple hours later they called and said that they couldn't repair it because the nail went thru the side wall a little bit and they couldn't get my tire in until the 19th. I said okay just leave it- I'll take it to the dealership. I show up to pick my car up- the guy said oh it was repairable.. gave me the receipt and everything saying they repaired it. I said are you sure? The guy who called me said it wasn't repairable. He went back and talked to the tech and came back and said "my bad they found a razor blade INSIDE my tire. How was that not mentioned on the phone call? How did we go from getting a receipt that says repaired to oh btw we found a razor blade? Pass on this location. read more

Usually I go to this one and they are always nice and friendly the current manager or whom ever has answered the phone this week talks to women as they are stupid. After the first time I thought maybe he is having a bad day so two days later I call to get an appointment and just keeps talking over me as I am trying to explain what I need and overall rude. We had our original tires on the vehicle installed there no issues and now he says he has never worked on the truck and won't take an appointment and to just do a walk in Saturday as it may be an extensive job to mount tires ‍ Never going to this location again.
