All of our guests thought this was a very cool experience. Cody was our cigar roller for the evening. His exhibition of hand rolling the cigars was very cool. He also came outside with all our group and explained the history of their company and the types of cigars that he had brought to our event. All of our guests that tried the cigars, were very impressed about the flavor and the quality. The company that sponsored this particular event for us was very appreciative that we had picked such a great company to partner with for the cigar rolling event. We also received a wooden box with our association logo on it as part of our package.

I took it back to the store, with my receipt, and told the guy the issue. He said all sales are final. I said I don't want a refund, I would like a replacement. He once again stated all sales are final; no signs are posted about that in the store. I repeated that I didn't want a refund. I wanted a replacement since he should back the products that he sells. He refused but said he would give me half the money towards another purchase. I told him I would not be back. So I'm stuck with a pen that doesn't work. Poor business relations.

Earlier this week I bought a SMOK Nord 4 vape kit and paid $70.33. The SAME EXACT ones are available online and at other shops for anywhere between $31-$42. I have no qualms with business owners making a profit, that's their livelihood. However, this amount of markup is just blatant thievery and greed.
