He screamed in her face after she asked to see the owner and after she left, he insulted her and made fun of her loudly to the entire office and his male coworkers joined in. If you want to be made fun of for asking questions (which is their job to answer), by all means, come to place. If you're looking for genuine kind and good service, don't come here. To the male staff, one day you will be old and confused. You will ask questions and won't have the working capacity of a sharp minded person anymore. Treat everyone with respect because one day, you will be in her shoes. Or better yet, treat everyone with respect because it's simply the normal thing to do rather than acting like a child.

I informed them that DMV form 256 states that I am not required to pay and undergo a smog check. I called the DMV while I was getting my smog check to inquire about the sales tax issue. The DMV stated that there is no tax required for adding someone to my car title. The DMV stated that they are unsure of the reason for the traffic school giving me that information.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I asked Fred, from A & R Driving school, to help me return to…read moredriving following my temporary medical condition. Soon thereafter Fred came to my home and proceeded to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. For example, his positive feedback was plentiful and his negative feedback was spot-on and delivered very tactfully. That helped me to be far less nervous and able to do my best. It was a delight as she taught me and another student lessons I've never known in all my years of driving. It was light-hearted, but very serious. You will be supported and amazed at what no one ever taught (you even in other "driving school classes"). And you'll take notes and a practice test before you take the real final test. No one fails as you receive so much help. Even bilingual students can pass. I'm blessing the day that I called Ms Parvin at Mr MrsTraffic School. Thank you does not begin to express the gratitude I feel.

I'm adding onto my review because I realized my original review did not mention much about the…read moresecond driving instructor I had. The second driving instructor, named Danny, was odd. At one point, he ate food and used his spoon to fling stuff out of the car window. During one session, he had me stop at Mile Square Park, and he left the car to go feed bread to birds. He came back to the car to get more bread to go feed birds some more. He also used his phone a lot while I was driving, and he sometimes would not watch as I was driving because he was looking at his phone. He did not respond to questions that I asked him. I guess he was at least better than the first driving instructor who was a creep and sexually harassed me though. Additionally, the owner, Tran Nien is useless and awful. He said that the driving school is not responsible for any driving instructor. Do not waste your money here.

My grandma had found this driving school for me and I was initially under the assumption that the…read moreschool that the instructor (Tuan) was operating under was Hi Driving School. When I had first begun driving with Tuan, I was under the assumption that I was being too critical of the fact that he was constantly telling me to slow down on the main road even though I was going at the speed limit. Tuan would also keep telling me to brake and slow down during my turns, which at one point he told me to stop mid turn in the middle of the road which lead to me being honked at. I tried to ask for clarification on what he meant by slow down during my turns, and he told me to go 10-15 in the speed limit. Tuan would also constantly tell me to practice my hand over hand turns, but would keep taking the wheel from my hand when I attempted to do the method while making a turn. I had eventually gotten sick of feeling like I made no progress from doing my 2 lessons with him because he was constantly making me stall myself on the main road, causing people to honk and get mad at me. I called the Hi Driving School to try and change my instructor, as he was operating under this school's name on his business card, but whoever was on the phone that day decided to send me an unprofessional text when I had simply asked if I could change my instructor (see text screenshot below). It was not until I attempted to find a different driving school that I found a text screenshot left by someone else who reviewed this school, which showed the same texting style that Tuan used with me, and I found out that this was the actual driving school he was operating under. Overall, Tuan is around 70-80's age range, and I thought I was being way too critical of him telling me to go too slow on the main road, but after reading these reviews I realize that my experience aligned perfectly with prior experiences of other people with Tuan. I would not recommend this school.

My little sister completed her driving lessons back in mid-May-June of 2018. She injured her leg…read moreright after in school, preventing her from actually taking the behind-the-wheel test in DMV. After she got better, she went for a behind-the-wheel driving test at a local DMV back in 10/10/2018. But noooo, she was not even able to get in the driver's seat because this place did not issue her a certificate of completion. It's just a freaking paper. It takes couple months to issue a freaking paper? Called this place to complain right away, which they apologized and promised to issue this certificate right away and will be sending it over mail. It's been over a week and I have not received it yet. I live in Irvine. It's not far. This is not acceptable. My sister lost so much time because of what they did.
