When they arrived they quickly fixed the issue that we called about. They were extremely friendly and said they have over 40 years of experience. As they were about to head out the door I mentioned there were two other issues we wondered if they could check out. They happily obliged. After seeing the issues they explained what was happening and quickly fixed it and charged us no more than the original quote for the first issue! I will call them back if we have another problem as they were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and well-priced.

They didn't communicate timing or that residents would need to be home to have their outside windows cleaned from the inside. And then they pulled out of the job half way through! The owner was very unapologetic and unprofessional in his email telling us they would not be finishing the job. Which was frustrating to homeowners who rearranged schedules to make it work. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. So much of this could have been avoided if they would communicate better and take the time to do a proper quote.

The guy they sent - Jarin - to clean my windows was professional and friendly - and on time! He wore a mask the whole time and was careful to maintain 6ft of distance. He even offered to take off his shoes when entering our home to clean the inside windows! I was especially impressed that both the truck and the window cleaner himself were both carefully outfitted in the company's beautiful logo and livery. This alone screamed professionalism as the truck pulled up - I've had a lot of window cleaners and most just turn up in a beaten-up old car wearing old work clothes.
