The price is extremely reasonable (we rented four bikes) and he was great when we ended up running a little behind. We did almost 40 miles and felt great when we finished. Brandon also sells Urtopia carbon fiber e-bikes for reasonable prices if you're in the market for one (we are now after using one for six hours). For the past several years I have participated in a fund raising cycle ride every September. Each year I like to do at least ride somewhere other than home. This year my wife and I chose to do part of the Olympic discovery trail in Washington. Rather than transport our bikes, we rented E-bikes. We arrived at 10:00 o'clock and our bikes were ready to go. A quick review of the bikes and test ride and we were off. This is one of the most beautiful bike rides I've ever done and the ease of riding makes it so much easier to enjoy the scenery. He was a total champ helping my elderly parents get started with their bikes and was really helpful with advice on how to keep them safe and which routes would be fun and doable. Olympic Discovery Trail is beautiful and there are portions that are really steep even for experienced cyclists, so e-biking this route is great! So great that this rental service is available at this exact location. Bikes are well-maintained and there's a decent variety depending on whether you prefer a more conventional cycling experience w some power assist or a really powerful e-bike. And you can choose how much of a workout you want. Would totally do this again without my parents so I can do more challenging routes, heh. And will definitely recommend to friends! This such a wonderful experience, it couldn't be written on the phone, and I brought out the laptop! Back story, we moved 3 states in 4 years and hadn't had time to go bike riding together, and living in Seattle we've been exploring the local new spots and hiking alone since COVID. So this weekend we made time to take a bike ride together in the Olympic National Park area. And this was exactly what we wanted and needed. Brandon and Jess are two of the most thoughtful, inspiring, kind people ever. They made sure we had water, we knew how to use their bikes, we did a test ride and they made adjustments as needed for us to have the best ride possible. We went over directions, where to stop, things to be mindful of, and I felt prepared, comfortable and safe riding. We even checked in, and talked about the ride and how it went, before moving on to our next trail. Usually experiences are...it happened, it ended, and then forgotten, but I will certainly keep in touch, and make sure anyone visiting us has this experience as well. The paths were excellent, with lots of stops for me to take photos, and my husband reminisced of how it reminded him of riding in Wales as a child. Everyone on the paths were friendly and courteous. Yesterday was a wonderful day visiting Port Angeles and exploring the Olympic Discovery Trail (ODT) on e-bikes. We found Discover E-Bike on line and made a reservation for a 3 hour ride. While we've rented before, the warm greeting and professional manner of Brandon who owns Discover E-Bike was exceptional. He uses bikes from the Electric Bike Company which we found to be easy to use and quite comfortable. Brandon volunteered to get us launched and rode with us for a bit as we started our journey. The ride was incredibly beautiful and well marked. The suspension bridge over the Elwha River was amazing as was the last part of our ride out over the Ediz Hook. An amazing scenery explosion of the Straight of Juan de Fula and looking back across to Port Angeles. Our thanks to Brandon for getting us safely launched and for sharing his love of the town he grew up in. We will be returning! read more

What a great add to the waterfront experience! From the Feiro Marine Discovery Center/Hollywood Beach, we rode the Olympic Discovery Trail (ODT) west to the Morris Creek Trestle and back, taking our time. This took about an hour round trip. Was perfect for our out-of-town family to get a glimpse of this beautiful, and generally inaccessible area (in that short amount of time). They had a good variety of e-bikes to select from, for all ages and sizes, and gave each person a brief tutorial on how the bike worked. The check-out/-in process was super easy. The guys were great!
