Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier. When I approached the table, the two women representing the company just stared at me with what felt like an attitude. I asked what Stretch Zone was about, as there wasn't much information displayed on the table. One of the women simply pointed to a video on a tablet and said, "There's a video, it pretty much explains it," while the other just pointed to a card with info. Their snarky and dismissive demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I was instantly irritated - if you're at an event to promote a business, you should be engaging and eager to explain it. Based on this experience, I have no interest in pursuing services from Stretch Zone.

Super friendly, welcoming and engaging are what comes to mind to describe Lauren's delightful personality. Her communication was great and I did not feel pressured to purchase something I did not feel comfortable getting into. I not only feel energized, but feel great after my first assisted stretching session. I have a hard time stretching on my own, and like the accountability of StretchZone, the roomy, well lit and impeccably clean and comfortable stretching area. Our previous trainer Luke was suddenly terminated and the manager Shelly refused to refund our prepaid training fee. I was finally paid when our family membership was suddenly terminated for "Bashing the gym on social media" when I left reviews hoping to achieve a mutual agreement for resolution. According to Shelly, she personally spoke with our personal trainer Luke and she informed me that he was to be paid for 2 sessions owed to us. He claims that she not only never spoke to Luke but she also only paid him for 1 session. This gym in my opinion will not be open much longer and good luck trying to receive a refund!

I've never done lagree in this fun of a studio setting! 8 M2S megaformers fill the party-like atmosphere. If you're a fan (or never heard of) Lagree Fitness, you have to come check it out! You'll get hooked on one workout. It's a one of a kind workout that works your tiny muscle fibers like no other! Get ready to transform your body! I took Ashley's class and absolutely loved her playlist! The workout was challenging for advanced students, yet doable with modifications for beginners.
